I do not like how being demoted drops you a huge number of points into the previous division.
I started today at a promotion series. Went 2-1 in that, got promoted. Lost the next 2 games and got demoted, which threw me back to 50 points. Then won the next 3 games and got back to 100.
So a net 5 wins 3 losses means I end the day at the same point I started it at. What.

i think all of you getting sucked into taric's enforcers is a sign that you're intended to resurrect the elo police. You're an unlikely group of misfits drawn together to face a common enemy.

Or in Twisted Fate's Outdated wardrobe ?

I wonder why he likes Westrice so much? mentioned multiple times in answers. Does he really think Westrice as a player has potential? (also, I like the answer to which NA players he'd pick up for a team, he said he'd get korean girls to bait St.V to join. I like his thinking )

I really hope not! Or if it is, they don't fix it. Being able to crit for 3k is exactly what nasus needed to become viable again

Is his Q applying the on-hit damage before crit calculation or something?

No. Before, the base AD portion of the skill would crit, the bonus damage would not. Now the whole thing crits so you can get insanity damage lategame.
Would be a ticking time bomb though, because after a certain point when nasus crits for 2k+, nobody will survive if nasus gets a crit or two. To put it in perspective that's like half a lategame zed's combo in one hit.
On every Q crit you get (110+Qstack)*critmod extra damage over the old one.

So TLDR: yes red, exactly what you said.

Siphon Strike = Melee Parrrley
And I thought that Nami bug was the most hilarious thing in the patch.

There are a couple elements to it: - For anything but the best teams, it's easier to gauge progress/improvement in execution than in a new strategy. If you copy a known strategy, its easier to drill your execution and compare your faults with those of better teams. If you're creating something new, it's harder to disjoin the flaws in your execution from the flaws in your strategy. - It's "safer" for a team to copycat strategy and just practice execution. If you spend 100 hours practicing execution, that practice often applies to whatever strategy you may use in the future. If you spend 100 hours coming up with and refining a new strategy, and that strategy becomes obsolete for one reason or another, you might be left with nothing.
I don't think the issue is that teams don't know how much strategy there is in League, or believe that the metagame is well-ingrained, but the risk/reward of spending your practice time on drilling execution vs. developing strategy favors execution unless you're one of the very best.

It's a semantics difference, but I think the game counts base AD and the bonus damage separately, and does the crit calculation twice then adds. The way you worded it is (a+b)*2 rather than (a*2)+(b*2). Functionally identical in this case, but somewhat important for how the game functions.

Which is why T_D's amazing zerg rush strat shall have to be kept secret from prying eyes like those ones at T.R.O.L.L.S. Its a good thing I have a corporate spy in place.
