You're blaming the old system you realize right? The new system tries to prevent pairing up people with significant differences in wins. It spends a little bit of extra time trying to do so, then to prevent a long wait it reverts to the old.
All of these arguments, everyone playing so noticeably worse but I continue to lose elo! Blame new matchmaking cause I'm not getting any better as my opponents continue to get worse is amusing.

You try playing when the rest of your team has less than 100 wins combined and then see if you still find it amusing -.-

Are we talking ranked? I have the opposite problem, I'm still in placement matches and I don't really want the guy with 300 wins who already hit his peak on my team. It works both ways lol.

Woah. Only my ~4th game since LCS, and already an AD Kennen. People sure are hasty.
Also got again that tower switching aggro where somebody walks out of its range during a dive, then the tower switches to the minions rather than to the other guy who keeps hitting you since the beginning. I don't understand why the tower doesn't switch to him rather than the minions. And it's annoying.

I've only had panth's on my team today but I've been able to see the circle.

i've getting weird bugs too. one of them was that i couldn't see nidalee's spear (the weapon) so when she did her spear throw ability i would just see this orange fireball.
in another game i think stealth was broken and i could see things like wukong dummy and teemo stealth. and i didn't even notice because i thought we had detection.

Yeah this patch javelins/ez ults and some similar projectiles seem to be ïnvisible sometimes.Is pretty weird.

I've found that sometimes you go into a game and particles render wrong recently. You can't see certain animations or whatnot. I've had a few games as Lux recently where I can't see my own AoE circle.
Alt+F4ing and then reconnecting fixes it, if you have a long death timer or something.

Had that a game on mundo a week ago. Mundo jungler that can't see the animation for W or see his cleavers in the air. That was an interesting game to say the least.
Also had a game where all the minion animation were like extremely bright and pixelated, it's like someone turned the brightness on the caster minion flying orbs to like 1000 they were so bright.

I really don't get Lulu. Her Q is so slow it's easily avoidable unless you're playing a melee, and it's not that much damage compared to, say, Sona's Q.
How do you do anything significant as Lulu without running oom immediatly, especially against any lane with a heal? o_o
Don't see the point of abusing her passive either since most champs will outtrade you if you try to auto harass them (Sona and the aggressive ones will, Soraka doesn't care).
(I'm not saying you can't, I'm saying I fail at seeing how, so I don't really grasp her laning.)
