Ezreal's much better at shifting fights and chases but Kogmaw is the king of stand in a spot and melt people.

Is Triforce still good on Ezreal? Still been playing him alot and I dont think that nerf is as big as people say it is

Kog is fine but only in competitive. Idk, I would disagree that Kog is good only in competitive, just look at our own soloQ hero the glorious mighty warrior Entenzwerg, who just keeps rapping at 2200/2300+ as Kog'maw, his kinda signature champion.
Individual anecdotes aside, I'm sure there are niche players who can most definitely make Kog work in solo q consistently. But I was making a generalized statement. :X

Triforce gives you too little of everything, imo.
Sheen by itself is more than enough damage (if you want the proc) and IBG is the better route as it gives an AoE 100% guaranteed slow, compared to hoping for a Phage proc.
I've been trying Genja's full-AD (Pickaxe -> BF -> BT -> LW -> IE) build on Ezreal, seems to be much better than Brut/Sheen rushing.

When I say, "Carry" I mean win the game for your team without the other team sucking a lot. You can technically "carry" as a jungler atm with tons of successful ganks, etc. But, that is not a test of role being capable of "carrying".
A jungler can carry, when the opposing team (in a PRO game) says to themselves, "We need to shut this jungler down or he will stomp us" or they run another jungler that "needs to be shut down." Basically, if I put Jax top, you better shut him down, several ranged AD Carries, same thing. However, if a jungler is 1 kill and 20 minions ahead, how scared are you? Is stealing his next red buff a live or die moment? If not, the jungle is not a carry role.
If that is not what carrying is, you could not carry from any lane. The point is, if your team's jungler is ahead, and the rest of your team is even, its not nearly as useful as any other non-support character being ahead.
TLDR: Jungle Carries are Rare because setting a jungler ahead/behind is not nearly as impactful as setting a Mid/Top/Bot ahead/behind.

Wooow olaf nerfs, I mean "changes" to ragnarok and nerf to W are ok but changing the Q slow to fading, would probably destroy his most fun mechanic.
And Team Solo Mebdi getting 3 players banned and 2 people with lifetime ban lol, IWD looks like a sheep compared to that.

But I was making a generalized statement. :X kog easier for it to work in solo q imo. Most solo q players don't know how to end a game, despite being very far ahead. So more often than naught, if game is somewhat even, Kog can be a super deadly force. Then again, you could also have those 19minute inhibitor games too...
