One of my RL friends is like that. He would usually just troll if he was last pick and had to play support, because he used to not own any supports beside Blitzcrank and Alistar (but they were often banned). Later on I gifted him the Arcande Sona skin while I was at PAX and he actually started to volunteer playing support.
I hugely dislike players who wants to play ADC but refuse to play support though. They are 99.99% bad. How do people find Janna and Soraka not fun? You're rarely in danger and get to make big plays that save people and get praise. 80% win rate on Raka pro. That's what I thought too. But some people just don't like it. He would troll me if he had to pick support, and we've known each other for how long? Almost 10 years? And it's not that he has very few champions. He has like 60+ champions. But he spends all of his IP buying top laners. The problem with supports is that their contributions are rarely conspicuous to the layperson, and are largely dependent upon the people they support. To play support is to willingly tie your performance to complete strangers, and to give them all the glory. It should not surprise anyone that few players are humble enough to enthusiastically embrace that role. What? I basically main support now, and i don't do that. I kick peoples faces in in lane, and then i kick them more. My ADC knows that i carry that lane, if he does not notice, he is a fool. Of course i say gj after we just got a doublekill, but we both know that that is purely courtesy. He and i both know that i just killed those fools, and he was just lucky enough to be the ADC on my team, and not the enemy one. And then i go ward the shit for mid, and get him a kill on something that foolishly runs around there while i pass by, so that he, too knows that i am the support in this house. At this point, the only one who maybe has not noticed that i deserve all the glory is the toplaner, and that is just because he is stupid anyways, and live so far away that noone ever talks to him. Sure, they all got kills, but deep down they know that it is I who produced those kills, so they still feel so empty inside with their shiny KDs, knowing that none of that is something they themselves earned, they just got it given by me.
I will alter White-Ra's Quote for this: NO SUPPORT, NO SKILL

The fucker isn't easy to deal with at any level. Kassadin is completely and utterly terrifying now that he can start 10 pots and get away with it and pretty much get to 6 for free. Flask and boots change make his 1-6 way better so that he gets to 6 in much better space, so that his main weakness is pretty much gone. But wards are also more plentiful. Surviving until 6 is one thing, but I think his burst is way too small and all he can do is to try to snowball the other lanes.
He's one of the best at doing so though, now with the sightstone and oracles nerf. His burst is definitely high enough to be an extreme threat in other lanes. EQ on somebody 2 levels down will do half their health, and an R is a wonderful cleanup tool. So long as the people being ganked are unable to turn on you, you can very safely use R for damage.

Loving Jungle Akali so far, 4-1 at this point. Pre 6 ganks are meh, but post 6 holy hell! Also you never have to leave jungle aside for buying once you get some spell vamp, very nice! Msg'd Stonewall on Twitter and he didn't seem to like it, but whatever I am 1150 elo, don't need to play 100% meta!

I'd play League of Legends but I can't get past the log in screen. Too entranced by it. I am sure I'll get over it eventually.

Okay, now that the level of puns that my dad makes is out of the way. Just open it on a youtube repeater and play.
Only thereisnoviintro code I know.

Everyone loves the login music unconditionally? According to the unofficial league community rules, that means in like ~3 days it'll be cool to start hating on it.
I'm gonna jump on the bandwagon early and say that everything but the vocals sounds pretty boring. TAKE THAT

I looked up your tweet. Warwick was a bad example to use when talking about level 6 junglers because he hasn't seen a resurgence. While he does become significantly better at level 6 with his ultimate, it's not strong enough to really make up for the fact that he has no early gank potential. It's the junglers like Amumu, Malphite, Sejuani, and Fiddlesticks who both become a hell of a lot more dangerous at level 6 and have mid/late-game team fight potential who have been seeing more use in Season 3.
Stonewall's not in charge of the meta anyway, so feel free to ignore him at your leisure. He's not going to change his mind about jungle Akali unless someone takes it to Diamond-level play or a top player picks it up seriously, and there's not much value in trying to convince him until, or even after, that point is reached.

Did anyone just get kiccked out of their game?
I was in a ranked and I got the reconnecting error even though I had a stream going on in the background and spotify running.
Do you still get Elo if you dc out of a winning ranked game? Cause the score was like 20-2 at the time. l0l0l0l.
edit: Now I'm updating even though I had a Vi in game? wat.

Bought my first ever bundle with Vi, loved the jubilee and One Piece references with the character.

It seems they just offed the servers for the tiniest update known to man? You can go back in instantly. Dunno bout games, i wasn't in one yet when I got booted.

Wow, there are a huge load of pictures to load with that patch. So, Vi... not sure what to build. Survivability, mostly, also lifesteal seems good since you rely on basic attacks and have an AS boost. Maybe BC or BotRK, then stuff like randuin's for HP + resistances?

With the changes to the way % and flat penetration works, what do you guys think about magic pen quints vs AP quints on mids?

I don't like it either. For many reasons. But I just turn it off anyway.
