I would like to see Riot maybe revert a few of the nerfs. I mean, right now, Janna's in a bad place. That's not really debatable anymore. | ||

If her laning is too weak then her teamfight doesnt matter because you just get dunked. | ||

It's just that the players / teams feel that strong supports that do a lot of things very efficiently (versatile so picking at almost any stage of the picking phase is OK). She's still the queen of late game "peel" and movespeed is super nice. A lot of the additions of this Season 3 patch helped her less than other supports who have very high efficiency with flask or straight regen(philo) / sightstone. Her base mana pool is high, her mana regen is on par with the mana regen of other strong supports but they have low base mana pool and LESS mana cost overall on abilities make flask a lot more appropriate. Also she requires high mana on reserve to use the spells in critical situations (All abilities will cost around 100-200 higher than the stronger supports mentioned). Janna just isn't a safe pick at all because it's much tougher to meet her late game potential because of all the pressure that will come early / mid game where she is weaker. (Only checked Zyra, Sona, Lulu for the general stuff mentioned in this post gg) Also blitz has only slightly lower mana regeneration compared to Janna and his mana costs are flat across the board. more ggggg | ||
