Last season I took Heimer into ranked around 1900. I had 100% win rate with him for almost 20 games. It was just to prove to myself and the few people on my team that Heimer isn't useless. | ||

Her potential magic damage during DFG's Amplification with that setup is roughly 1250 + 4.0 * AP to 1750 + 5.0 * AP depending on how many times she ults. That's enough to beat even the 30% DFG depending on the tankiness of the target. It is, however, generally true that new DFG is weaker for solo kills. Ultimately, "it depends" is a phrase we really want hear when discussing items, because it tends to indicate there's depth to itemization decisions and usage. | ||
