The other problem is whether you want AP on your marks or glyphs or quints. I could see AP glyphs being useful if you're playing an AP mid vs. a bruiser or AD assassin mid lane, where the lost MR won't be a big deal.
Mpen reds, flat AP quints/yellows, scaling ap blues is most efficient in 99% of all cases if your only goal is to max your damage output.

The reason AD reds are better than arp reds is because you have to last hit in lane and cs is like 75% of your gameplay as an adc.

Watching Cop playing Cait right now after watched DL's Cait, they are world apart. Cop with Cait seems rigid, generic while DL is smooth while extremely deadly at the same time.

Not a specific one for every tourney but a general one for the ones that don't have threads for them.
There was a thread like this a long time ago. It included streams too, but nobody used it they just kept posting in the GD so it eventually died.

Tanks with no sustain are lee's speciality. Especially armor dealing ones, but shen still gets destroyed.
Basically, if you have 1 of these 3 you are even, if you have 2 you are screwed, if you have 3 you will cry.
Low damage.
Physical damage.
No sustain.
Shen has a little of all 3 which basically puts him at ''2'' level. Lee can max W, never take any major damage and have so much sustain that you will be forced out of lane. He can then max E to completely disregard your armor, get sunfire cape, and utterly smash you in trades. The only thing Shen has going for him is the fact that he also has energy but it doesn't really help if you can never trade with him.
He does support ganks well, though, which is probably your only chance.
Not to mention that if your combo has the same or longer cooldown than lee's W you will never be able to do anything either. Champs like Riven or Renekton who go in, do their physical damage combo, then let Lee autoattack creeps also get destroyed.

I noticed hardly anyone buys doran's blade on adc anymore (notably none in the TSM tournament games), although some buy an extra long sword even if they already have vamp scepter. I guess that's mainly because of the lifesteal change?

AD is cheaper so you reach your core components faster, and if you build a vamp you already get 10 AD from it so that's less to get from dblades for your cs-ing.

Also the Holy Trinity is becoming way less of a thing now, Corki and Graves have fallen in popularity hard.

You mean their popularity shifted to the popularity of 5 other heroes? The only one not played anymore is Graves because Riot nerfed him way too hard. Corki and Ez are just as popular as Cait or Twitch. Besides, it's still really early. Stuff like this is bound to change heavily over time (even with no buffs/nerfs to them)

Sure, but when people say holy trinity they mean Corki/Ez/Graves which really isn't a thing anymore. Some champs are going to be more popular that others, but the diversity in ADC is much better than it was.
Edit: I mean there are only 13 ranged ADCs, there can only be so much diversity. I'd rather have a pool of six champs that people regularly pick from than the three there was when the holy trinity was in full force.
