I think once all of this black cleaver nonsense is over Elise will see some popularity. The spell pen changes and the addition of Iceborn Gauntlet have helped her out a lot. | ||

The spell pen changes and the addition of Iceborn Gauntlet have helped her out a lot. i was gonna make one but if you want to go ahead i'm not that good so who knows if people would listen to anything i say. i think she's still good even in league of black cleaver, she can dominate lane phase hard but it's very difficult to team fight with her. she's really squishy so you have to choose the right moment to dive in or you can cost your team the fight. | ||

p.s. I can give some insight on mid matchups to whoever is doing elise thread, but I've taken a break from playing APs till the next patch so my experience is limited with new items | ||

Now I'm just annoyed how he was taking feedback on the guide, but completely ignoring the "please write your guide on our forum instead of just giving a link." As long as you're willing to update your OP with advice from other players (especially good players) and not fill your guide with advice that won't work at upper levels of play, it doesn't really matter if you're low Elo writing a guide. | ||

tbh my main problem with it is if you want to write a Fizz guide w/o matchup info don't even bother, like 90% of playing Fizz is the matchup, not weather or not you rush Lich or not. | ||

Passive and CDR for sure. 3. Indeed, but still not the problem. 4. ? 5. The PBE item is not terrible. Armor shred is just incredibly strong now. | ||

1) Find a champion that has physical damage spells. 2) Build a Black Cleaver 3) Do you do enough damage yet? If no, build another Black Cleaver. If yes, build another Black Cleaver. 4) Does opponent now have 200 armor? If no, proceed to 5. If yes, proceed to 6. 5) Build Black Cleaver. Go back to step 4 upon completion. 6) Build Last Whisper. 7) Build Black Cleavers until you've maxed out at 6 items. 8) If Black Cleaver count on your team > Black Cleaver count on enemy team, then victory. Else, defeat. Here's my tier list as well: Tier 1) Champion utilizes black cleaver well? If yes, you go here. Tier 2) Champion utilize black cleaver somewhat well? If yes, you go here. Tier 3) Champion has little synergy with black cleaver? If yes, you go here. Tier Shit) Champion has no synergy with black cleaver? If yes, unfortunately you're worthless. | ||
