and, if you warp back, you can have 2 wards on the map and 4 wards in your inventory, giving you a lot of flexibility on where to place them. more so with ruby sight. i do feel that with items like twin shadows and ice shard, as well as items like new BC, liandry's and ruined king, they wanted to make it so that you can ambush despite the vision advantage... but i don't think it's enough, especially mid/late game when most teams are roaming as a full squad. | ||

OP It's hard to value stats like CDR and ArPen but currently you pay a very small premium for the passive effect of Black Cleaver. Passing up on stats like crit and aspd isn't a big deal for the champions you want black cleaver on, because they primarily deal damage through physical abilities. So BC gives all the stats you want, and another BC gives you more of the stats you want at a very small premium, and applying 2 stacks at a time is still very useful. From there build LW or GA - It's an extremely strong build on certain champions. | ||

It having been more broken doesn't mean it isn't really broken right now. Broken or not it's not really fun to play with unlimited vision and 9 black cleavers on avarage in each game | ||
