also it's quite scary to have platinum and silver players in one game atm. Like we had this Mordekaiser who was silver and got abit lucky in his first few placements and rose to 1620 and didnt buy a single ward in 25minutes and went 0/9 | ||

Think of the difference as this. Shields and heals are assist abilities. Movespeed slows or buffs and cc are enabling abilities. Syria has enabling abilities, but not assisting abilities, whereas Janna lulu and sona all have both. In contrast, soraka only has assisting abilities (maybe silence counts as an enabling ability... Seems like a stretch though). Enabling abilities may be good for 0 farm bot laners, but that doesn't class them under the 'I'm going to help out my teammates by making them better' support archetype. As has already been pointed out riots terms refer to underlying concept, and character design, rather than the comparatively narrow top jungle mid adc support. Note I'm not defending anything, I'm just trying to show how it isn't a hard concept to grasp. | ||

The snares go at different speeds, and I feel very comfortable with Lux's snare, but I cannot land Dark Binding ever. | ||

Liking the new HUD, seeing the skill leveling will be nice when watching streams. Shop stuff looks nice too, search function will be super useful. Although I wish they would have done the thing where consumables are just constantly shown in a bar at the top of the shop. Still, a welcomed improvement. | ||

Despite being (AFAIK) hugely underpowered since her conception, she has enduring popularity in the playerbase. It's partly because she is fun to play, but also due to her artistic designs. | ||
