You can still buy it if you need more AoE farming, but it won't do anything for them in teamfights. I think Vayne or Ez might use it if you're in kind of a push comp, where you just want to blitz down waves of creeps instantly. But in those cases, why are you not just using an AoE AD?

AP Varus can now chunk 3 people instead of 1? Seems legit to me. Even if you go AD, potentially hitting 3 people for 15% of their max health is pretty good...

From what I read, Kayle's E turns her into a ranged champ directly, and this item seems to react to many ranged champ's onhit abilities. I think it will proc the aoe of her main hit to both bolts unless they say otherwise.

That'd be insane then....up to 180+1.2AD from E alone in a teamfight, and you'll basically instaclear waves too.

Damn these new items seem really cool. Can't wait to try them out

Once S3 items come, will AD runes become obsolute? I'm deciding between AD or ArPen runes, only got points for one set.

Put Lulu E on an AD carry with Hurricane.
Pix is gonna be machine-gunning people.

Well they haven't given a break down of Kayle on the item yet so it's hard to say how they will go on it. It might be that they are watching the thread and seeing how people react to certain ideas before they give a final say on it.

I would so love to see this, provided the proper damage balancing.

Given how it's targetted to be a late-midgame buy they probably weren't looking for it to be all that spectacular for farming

I'm wondering how this interacts with Twitch's ultimate. At the very least he'll apply poison to three targets at once on normal attacks.
Note that if this item applies on-hit effects it's implied that it will also work with Life Steal. BT+Storm too strong.

I'm just picturing AP teemo right now with that item. He can AoE down 3 people at once with high attackspeed, insane damage poison darts.
I'm just trying to think of champions that'd do really well with it... hmm...

I'm just trying to think of champions that'd do really well with it... hmm... AS Twisted Fate thanks to his E, maybe. But the real monster would be if it applied Pick A Card to all targets. 3 stuns real. I highly doubt that though.

Oh God, AP-Kog'maw. Hit three people at once for 10% of their maximum health, each!

I wonder if they are trying to make a choice of the ranged AD's going into lower damage onhit shotgunny types or high damage crit=you die rifle types? Crits dont work with it, so getting IE+PD will be a waste, but getting BT should be awesome?

The new Hurricane item might be good on some weird AS/on-hit builds that seem to be generally suboptimal these days, since any extra AD only gives you 50% on the side bolts, and the side bolts can't crit (I think) but the Wit's End magic damage will proc fully. Might also be good with BoRK or whatever the MBR replacement is.

With the removal of indomitable mastery, life will be a bit more complicated for jungling and laning Shyvana. I was running all the reduced damage masteries + minions take 6 damage mastery to speed up clears even more on Shyvana. If you will still be able to get away without using a health pot on wraiths then cloth armor + pots may not be a necessity. It is going to depend on how many pots you can grab with the new jungling item.

You're either doing less damage, but to 3 people at a time, or you're blowing up one person. Right now, you really only have the second option (outside of Tiamat huehue), but they want to allow diversification.

No, but there will be more accessible ways to reduce Flash's cooldown if you plan on using it often... (most likely aggressively if you're planning on it)
