It's really not that hard to believe that some people can get extremely unlucky. During my Ranked placements a few months ago I started out 2-0, carried both games. Proceeded to get 8 games with an AFK/Troll on my team in a row and ended up at 900 Elo | ||

Now I've realized that I'm able to carry at lower elos so worst case scenario, I get 10 games worth of feeders/leavers and drop to 800. Since I no longer have ladder anxiety I'll just play a whole shit ton of games and eventually carry myself out. | ||

1st game, my graves DC's so I'm left in a solo lane as Blitzcrank vs Janna kog. I came out of lane 4-2, with more CS than kog..... Their Diana mid informed me that I hadn't actually won lane, because they eventually took my tower. EDIT: Did I mention they also had a Shen on their team? looool | ||

I managed to get almost to 1250 this season in about 80 games. The biggest issue for me was when I was down at 800 the games just weren't fun. It was either: 1) Your team is so bad compared to the other team the game is literally unwinnable and there is nothing you can do to carry 2) You carry super hard | ||

Just played one placement, we had a duoQ (first/lack pick) that wanted bot, but our 3rd pick called support. Last pick asks "So can I support?" and our 3rd pick is all "no". I found it amusing, considering the number of people who're like "Aaah no I don't wanna support". (Also Ez got caught when our support "had to go lunch", ended up 0-4, a turret and nash for them. We were still ahead in gold but barely won the teamfights. As a 200 armor Irelia it's frightening how fast you drop to an AD carry with LW once you eat a Kayle's Q to the face, amplified damage too stronk. They also had an aegis, a randuin's and a FH while our Lee built warmogs/MoM, this made the teamfights far closer than the gold gap would have made one think. Interesting impact from aura items and utility.) | ||

I melted so haaard, shoulda went randuin's instead of wit's but I could freefarm against their Kayle and since her, Nautilus, LB and Leona were all doing magic damage and Graves wasn't too farmed yet at that time... We theorically had a very good teamfighting comp, with Galio, Sona, Ezreal for the ults, Irelia to dive and Ezreal to be slippery. Then at the last fight Galio tries to ult to lock Graves in place and gets 3-shot (he only had GA as armor). D: | ||
