Like a lesser version of Shen ult who does a bunch of burst later into the game.

It's like they believe only people who are toxic in x+1% of their games should be banned where x is the percent of games they are personally toxic.

Toxic behaviour is what really seperates the fun players from the unfun players.

Whenever the tip that goes 'Who will be the most sportsman like player this game?' comes up I immediately call someone on the other team a faggot, since it narrows the potential field of most sportsman like players and puts us one step closer to winning the lvl 1 pregame quiz / jungle invade phase of the game.

I feel like admitting you act like a jerk to people on the internet will not serve you well here or in general.

Not understanding the logic here. Anyone care to explain?

So you're not quite sure if they want you to say "Ha! Don't be humble this time" or "Ha! I bet you wouldn't manage to be a nice person this game". x)

It was actually one of my favorite items, because it was one of the few items that people got, even though they didn't need its endgame component of hextech gunblade. I thought it was pretty understandable. Bilgewater was super good because its only upgrade path was an AP item that most people looking for AD/lifesteal didn't want. Bilgewater got nerfed in stats but got buffed in the sense that it now builds into an item that ADs can actually use.

Lifesteal got nerfed across the board. They're also enabling that Twisted Treeling upgrade to it on Summoner's Rift. Only the slow part is getting straight up nerfed, but they're adding a bunch of other slowing items anyway. Also Phage got nerfed too so it wasn't alone in taking a hit. (That's weird, the site shows Phage actually getting buffed, meh nothing is final yet anyway..)

You can max Q if you feel safe enough, but W mostly. I sometimes get a Vamp for even more sustains and throw it into a BT later on, but that's really if you're in a lane where you can hit things to sustain.
