and other team picks kat and i pick karthus knowing that i can do fine vs kat and will be more value to the team past laning phase i say "just play carefully" rest of team then feeds kat by overextending and she comes down for ganks they blame me for picking karthus because obviously as karthus i can't follow katarina so which is it. is it my fault for picking karthus or is it my teams fault for not playing the game correctly | ||

If you tell your team that Kat is coming and you told them how to avoid getting killed, then I can't really see it being your fault. | ||

When Kat roams and you just farm your lane, you are taxing the other lanes (even if they don't die, they have to back off and lose farm while you get more farm against Kat). I am not saying Karthus should chase after Katarina (probably won't end well). But a lot of players have this mentality that "as Iong as I warned my teammate I don't care if my lane opponent roams", which is really annoying. | ||

You are playing in an environment where you aren't in a proper coordinated team so having a hero that relies on your team versus a hero that can bully and effect other lanes is always going to be a very hard deal. If you do something like that then you are knowly putting yourself and your team in at a disadvantage but at the same time you are practicing what you want to so it's not all bad. It's just you can't really complain or lay blame on anyone at that point. Sure in a proper team it might be fine or with 5 competent players but you know that is not the environment you are in. Heroes that can impact the game from an earlier stage are almost always going to be better in a non-competitive environment. Choosing one that doesn't over one that does is always going to be a hard affair. Saying that you did fine while you team loses doesn't really mean anything since the enemy is having an impact on the game while you aren't. Merely "doing what I'm supposed to" while not impacting other lanes isn't going to win solo q games. It works in competitive because there's a team around you with communication and knowledge of what to do. | ||

Currently i play Ali, blitz, janna, morgana, nunu, sona, soraka, taric. I have nidalee which i dont play a lot, and I recently bought leona and im on the process of learning her. Is zyra that good as a support and should i start saving up for and learn her? Any other crucial I am missing? | ||
