Thoughts:
-Brand skin. WOW. I was just thinking an undead Irelia skin would be awesome (she was brought back to life, after all). But that Brand skin far and away outdoes that. I may have to play Brand again.
-Fiora skin. Ahaha feminists everywhere will be up in arms about this.
-Ezreal W nerf. Are you serious? This ability is worthless now. Doesn't hit minions, doesn't scale off AD, doesn't even guarantee a passive stack. You might as well change it to Trist's/Kog's Q or MF's W if you do this to the ability. I don't want an ability that's ONLY used to speed up teammates' attack when I'm the AD. Seriously, completely rework the ability.
For everyone saying Corki is fine after Q nerf, Corki does way more damage than Ezreal, and he also had buffs to his gatling gun. I agree Ez's W needs to be looked at but it should be either half of AS debuff, or completely rework the ability. This is worse than removing dodge from Udyr's passive. This is more like removing the AS part of Udyr's passive and giving nothing.
-Sona health nerf. I can see Sona getting a nerf but glass cannon doesn't seem the way to go. I quit for a while shortly after they nerfed Sona's damage a while ago; never knew what changed to cause her to surge like this again.
-Other nerfs. Rengar/Jayce/Eve badly need nerfs, and I think most people pointed out they're not hitting the right spots. Sometimes I really questions Riot's decision making on what the actual problems are.

@New items:
The Pillager builds out of HoG + Brutalizer.
Which is pretty strong.
This item, coupled with the new Bilgewater upgrade is insane. So many heals.
Lantern active, much like Hextech sweeper is relatively useless.
Blackfire torch % dot passive looks strong on paper, but it's not that big of a deal.
Also, respawn times on TT are too quick. Can't do shit even after acing them, because they're back and in the action by the time you push their turret/do spider.

Upgrades straight from bilgewater for 1k g.
Gives sick Lifesteal, %hp damage (of which you get half as lifesteal) and a .5 AD scaling active that steals life and movement speed.
tl;dr: Lots of lifesteal

I believe all the new items are specific to TT but have a chance to be ported to summoners rift, similar to the way that ionic spark was ported over.

TT at the moment, but considering they've been talking about item overhauls and AD casters specifically for some time, I wouldn't be surprised to see these or something similar in SR soon (tm).

Welcome to most AD's having a worthless spell. The nerf was needed. I agree there is a lot of things that riot does to fix champs that are being played but completely ignore champs that aren't played too often. However, I will not play EZ until they fix the PFE skin bug where it doesn't give you credit for a minion kill like 10% of the time(does the animation but doesn't give you the gold confirmation).

i think the real solution to ezreal is removing him from the game.. ehehehe :D
na i think the attack speed thing is osmething that should stay - it brings uniqueness.
what they need to nerf is the fact that he can make 2-3 big mistakes (dying in lane or leaving support to die) and still be fine (he can cs froma far with Q, impossible to kill him cuase he can E away.. VERY VERY hard to punish him overall), but then if you make one mistake against an ez he will snowball you to hell.
instead of it being balanced where if you make mistake you pay and if you make play you succeed, its like if you make mistake nbd but if you make a play you crush face.
i think this is why he has 60% win rate.
i tihnk they either need to nerf the mana of Q (but not make it so its imbalanced w max) or nerf E because its way too good how it can go through EVERYTHING

a lot of people laughed at the first morello video where they talked about the Ez nerfs and it was beyond clear they had no idea why people were maxing W, but to remove it completely I don't think is anything even the coldest of Ezreal haters expected.
