I just saw "Striker" ez. Player was awful, of course, but looks like a normal ez.

Yeah, like, count it for hitting himself or something (not give him the steroid the W gives, that would be broken as fuck)

When was PFE released? If I were running Riot I would release that Ez W nerf after PFE refund period has expired.

Uh I think that would be way too strong. It's not "just an extra stack"; when you use it while you have existing stacks, you also keep them from expiring. That's huge when you have 5 stacks in a teamfight and trying to maintain it (press W anywhere for another 6 seconds of 50% IAS).

Speaking of Ez. I absolutely do not understand AP Ez. I was just playing on my brother's account (he is lvl ~20) as free week ez. Midlane I am like 8-1-4 and + 100 CS on the other mid, but you still can't chunk enemy bruisers even with Cap + Lich. Is there a secret or is it just for fun?
I mean, we won b/c Top and BOt got fed as well, but wtf?

Practically no AP's short of the supreme sustained damage champs (Karthus Ryze Anivia Cassio) or like, Veigar really but a dent into bruisers.
Also lichbane damage is physical so it's pretty crap against bruisers who like to get armor items. So basically you only have one actual magic damage ability assuming you save your E and Ult for fights.

Some of the stuff I picked out:
Sona lost 40 HP. She now has the lowest health in the game (lower than Anivia).
Blitzcrank lost 45 base HP and 5 HP per level.
There are also a lot of new items (some of them might be the Holloween/Dominion stuff though, can't really tell). This one in particular though:
Blackfire Torch
+50 Ability Power +300 Health +350 Mana UNIQUE Passive: Your spells burn for an additional 5% of the target's maximum Health in magic damage over 3 seconds (effect halved for AoE).
I wonder how it works with DoT spells. Karthus with this item running Defile = Amumu? I don't know.
Also DFG lost the CDR bonus, which is what I have previously thought. The damage also became lower. I guess there won't be any crazy DFG Karthus anymore...

Even without that nerf Eve is screwed. The DFG nerf is really harsh for Eve.
I wonder what I will build on Morde with the DFG nerf... hmm....

LOL this has been known for like a week now I think. IIRC last Monday PBE got updated and the only thing that was added was Rocketeer Tristana.
