This just in: Tiamat OP on junglers. You're welcome.
I don't actually have proof, and I don't play jungle if I can avoid it, but hey, trust me on this one.
You should jungle Fiora with Tiamats IMO.
Tiamat synergizes well with her Ultimate in teamfights.
wait does like gangplank q apply tiamat? cause it applies on hit effects
Yes, and at the melee rate of 50%. There was an old GP build of stacking 3-4 Tiamats and an IE and then shooting minions next to enemy champions since Tiamats stack additively. Could get a 5x crit multiplier with an IE and 4 Tiamats. Long ago I think Tiamat splash damage also ignored armour, but I can't confirm.
Edit: I just looked it up, apparently the splash used to deal magic damage.
it doesn't ignore armor, but the splash does damage based on the armor of the primary target so if you attack a minion, champions will take a higher damage from the splash than if you attack another champion similarly, zilean's bombs work the same way, in that if you put a bomb on a creep and it deals damage to a champion, the damage will be calculated on the minion's MR rather than the champions.
the more you know
I'm pretty sure this was disproven in a rift myth or something

Nah, it doesn't use the armour of the primary target, armour is calculated separately on Tiamat splash. I think that myth came about because the Bfury in DotA does deal cleave damage based on your targets armour. There was a classic Sven build of 2xBfury + Buriza where he would auto a minion next to you and 1 shot you. Ah, those were some good times.

Not quite right--Cleave in DotA uses the raw damage dealt by the attack, and doesn't use any ANY armor value in calculating the splash damage.
I heard if you have Ionic Spark and Tiamat when you proc your lightning it'll proc off all units hit by tiamat thus resulting in tons of lightning. Oh, obviously it also does true damage because it's using the MR off a minion. Works with Madred's too. Tiamat + Madreds = 4% true damage to everything times the amount of tiamat procs you get.
Biggest way to climb out of elo hell is to get Ionic Spark, Madred's Bloodrazer & Tiamat and shoot true damage lightning and % based damage on everybody.

Actually the real joke build was to grab a Wriggle's back before they changed the proc to not be physical damage. It counted for Tiamat, so if you got a proc on a minion next to opponents you would splash 200% of it to them in addition to all your other damage. Then they fixed it.

lol.... Back then gp's parley could crit for like 2k. So you're saying it would crit for like 4k in an aoe?

We need to get somebody hired into riot so they can slip this back in.

Been playing a lot of Diana lately. God damn she's ridiculously good. I don't think she really has any bad lane match ups. Sure, there are tougher lanes but no one can stop her from farming and post-6 she has kill potential against everyone.
I feel like Riot is going to nerf her at least one more time especially since I think we'll see a lot of her at worlds. But wow her power as an assassin is absolutely absurd. She's gonna be hard to balance though. She's such a good assassin and she doesn't have the weak lane phase that lots of other assassins have.

like almost all the other assassins have an incredibly strong laneing phase too. talon, akali, kat, lb. Kassadin has mostly bad matchups but he can do well vs certain picks. The problem with assassins is certainly not their laneing phase. It is that they snowball too hard in one or the other direction. A kat who is behind is far less useful than gragas or ahri or any other ap carry who brings in some solid poke and/or utility. An assassin who is ahead is not garantueed to win the game though. Lategame tends to make them fall off hard because assassins rely on their team to initiate, while other ap carries can easily initiate fights themselves or at least do safe pokeing.
