I actually think she is very strong now. In fact I bet Riot knows that they just overbuffed her (her Q's ratio was at 0.55 during some sort of special event and a Rioter said at the time she was "OP"... right now her Q's ratio is at 0.6 and the base damage is increased as well).
Syndra's W is now really hard to dodge, and in case she hit you with W or E, she can follow up with another Q and (sometimes) gib you with R. Her laning phase is pretty strong, and her utilities are fantastic.

Since I've started playing ranked again all my losses were -14 with some -13 here and there, and all but one of my wins were +11 (with some +12, the exception being a +13). Some had obvious premades from the Elo range, but most did not. Am I simply unlucky?
Also saw a Blitz hook go right through somebody. And yesterday Naut Q. Meh.

Blah, I don't have time to play enough to make my 1/10 game contribution matter. Given that I win 1 game out of 10 (the other I either win or lose b/c of leavers) and I play (tops!) 10 games a week. That's a whooping 10-15 elo gained / week.
Now, I'm not saying this is unfair, I'm just saying I won't be seeing 1300 before season 3. Now, S3 will answer a string of interesting questions for me. Like, do I deserve to be 1300+? Is there any difference in game quality at 1300? Will I finally be able to play my Shamrock Malphite or Morgana (permabanned at 1100)?

Of course it does. There's nothing magical about support role that means you insta lose. There are supports near the very top of the ladder. The only thing that matters is outperforming your current elo. If you do you will gain elo, if not you won't.

Morg and Malph still permabanned up to 1400+ (where I stand currently, +11 -14 so harsh to me :'( ), and I was shocked to notice some players I saw at 1300 were far worse than people at 1100 (and I saw people at 1100 that were def a lot better than the majority of the 1300 players I saw).

I think the problem of DFG is that it also provides CDR, which makes it really broken. Currently it feels like the best CDR item for an AP, while Grail is only suitable for specific champions, Nashor's and Morello's are extremely situational.
I think it would be better if DFG has no CDR bonus and gives, say, 100 AP instead. It seems a bit more fair IMO.

Well, the main culprit is the active imo. It scales with AP as well, and... what can I say, you can probably stick that shit on AP Gangplank and it will work out very well because of the additional nuke.

I think the active is fine. It does provide a lot of burst, but also at a 60 seconds cooldown. Overall the active does not provide a lot of DPS...... the CDR bonus, however, does affect DPS by a great deal.

They attacked the enemy nexus already but instead of finishing it. DL decided that the game is already won and sucided into the enemy fountain. But in the end they lost ^^

But in the end they lost ^^ Didn't that game, but I watched some of his games earlier today. He carried Dan Dinh very hard, still DL is top 3 AD carry in term of mechanic. Watching DL play Vayne is just pure joy.

Then we would have like no CDR itemization, building morellos grail is like absurd mana regen wastage that nobody needs
