I don't know, but maybe they wanted more "free scrims" by coming from a loser's bracket? EDIT: Chat says TSM got DDoS'd so they had to forfeit against Curse.

She can last hit easily and farm under tower without missing any cs if pushed to tower, can push lanes easily when you want to, and she doesn't even really have many bad matchups. Utility is her great strength, yeah, but she still dishes out a shit ton of damage if you're landing your Qs properly. It actually boggles my mind that someone thinks Orianna's laning phase is bad. Zyra is easier to play but she gets banned sometimes while Orianna never gets banned. Her laning phase is actually good. Can push with the best pushers once she gets mana regen/blue buff, trades well especially with her aa buff, and is decent at getting away from ganks. She is still not that good late game though.

I have naut even though I don't play him that much. So basically who should I add? Maokai, Sej, Shy, Riven, Diana, Hec, Jarvan. Skarner or Volibear? It seems like a long list but I kinda want to be slightly hipsterish and add a slightly un orthodox jungler. Suggestions? Comments on their various strengths? thanks guys Do nunu, noct, and olaf since you seem to be missing ganking bruisers. Try to avoid lvl 6 ganking junglers. I used to do well with jarvan but his late game sucks even more than maokais and lee sins. You could also try jax (I haven't though).

Pros: Her early game is good, her midgame is good, her late game is good. Her laning is good, her teamfighting is good. Her utility is good, her damage is good. She has good poke, she has good burst. Her builds are flexible. She can gank, but can also push. Pretty much her only limit is player skill. Cons: Her limit is player skill. You could watch jiji or scarra or salce play her and make a drinking game out of counting the whiffed spells in teamfights, balls in wrong places or on the wrong people, etc.

I think the biggest downside is that it will discourage early pressure, but it would lead to top lane being a bit more balanced and would hopefully resolve the issue of the 90% winning percentage by achieving a 10% gold lead at 12:00 by making it more difficult to achieve a 10% gold lead at 12:00. Maybe farm stays constant and kill bonuses/dragons/barons increase in difficulty with time, I'm not sure. I know these theorycraft discussions often get charged, but I'm interested to see what people think of this. This statistic is SO misleading. It was made from a MLG tournament in which many teams participated, but the top teams were CLEARLY CLEARLY better than the bottom teams. So any game where a top team played a bottom team, OF COURSE they'd have a gold lead by 12 minutes, and OF COURSE they won the game. Correlation is not causation. The gold lead at 12 minutes is not why they won the game, the fact that they were a clearly better team is why they won the game. It is also why they had a gold lead at 12 minutes in. Edit: corrected the tournament the stats were built from.

It wasn't Dreamhack, it was MLG. It included the games where Team MRN played TSM... lol.

While you are correct it was based off of MLG data(one event as memory serves) it doesn't dispute that the better teams did better because they simply won and played better then the teams they beat.
