Also, I'm having a blast playing Jayce in my low elo. No one seems to realize that his E (maxed first) does MAGIC damage. people keep building armor against it.... Though I agree, I feel like i struggle in teamfights later in the game. His poke with gate+Q in ranged stance is really nice for tower sieges though. | ||

I do wonder perhaps whether it means he becomes a lane focused champion and used in niche team comps? Or perhaps his skillcap is high enough that he still hasn't really been figured out yet. Hrm. | ||

I'd argue his late game damage output though weaker than what it should be, is balanced out by his utility (accel gate, along with his knock back), so it's not as atrocious as you think it is. Plus there are plenty of champs with weak late games that people still play a lot of. I'd argue jayce's kit is more cohesive than nid's was, mostly because Jayce building AD offers that poke damage, and doesn't harm his fighting abilities when it comes to full engage. Nid on the other hand, has a trade off, AP for poke, or AD for teamfight. | ||

When old-school CLG.na executed perfect poke and disengage, unless you had a comp designed specifically to beat them you were never coming close to wining. And even then they'd still probably kill you with a million needles. I miss the poke comps. Pity no other team can actually run it. | ||
