Taric seems to be some kind of Jack of all Trades (cc, heal, buff, debuff, damage) master of none, and I thought those were mostly discouraged because you'd rather excel in one area. Taric is easier and takes less coordination to use. He also has better guarenteed burst. Also idk if you're including bans but if you're not that's obviously part of why ali isnt played more. | ||

Dazzle is pretty simple and the passive armor buff is pretty good for trading before the "go for it" moment. | ||

It isn't comparable to swains W at all because only brain dead people get caught by his W at 900 range without being slowed. The only way to hit swains W is to hit the bird first so they cant just walk out of the trap so easy. Her root has 1100 range and travels ridiculously fast.As people said it's pretty much a morgana bind on crack. | ||
