The thing is, since twitch is stealth all the way in the back, oracle isn't going to reveal him until the teamfight breaks out in which case the stealth is already broken. With other AD carries, you can register their position right before engaging. In contrast, the fact that it takes at least a half-second for the enemy team to register twitch's position after teamfight breaks out gives good value to the stealth mechanic.

What? Do elaborate, I've barely seen any Twitch since the rework, and this buff is tiny.

Impossible to trade with him in lane, except for very early game which this buff targetted. Dumb steroids on movement speed, attack speed, range. Nuke that feels like it's an ap carry nuke. And in teamfights his damage is like you combined vayne and kogmaw into a single champion, not to mention his cloak means your team absolutely needs an oracle unless you want your backline instantly murdered. If people start playing him i have no doubt he'll instantly become the first ban of the game. Did i mention the true damage passive which is completely over the top.


I tried playing Twitch a bit after the rework and he felt pretty good, but his laning is not what I'd write home about. His only way to trade is through auto-attacking, Expunge is pretty strong indeed but only after landing 6 auto-attacks, at which point it does about 150% of Graves' Q damage.

His movement speed bonus is 20%. His attack speed steroid is good (30-70% for 5 seconds) but not remarkable (Graves has 40-80% for 4 seconds, Tristana 30-90% for 7 seconds). Twitch passive is slightly better than Corki's at early levels, but is outscaled eventually.

I'm not sure what to say about an AD carry using his only escape to get into your back line. Just fucking kill him?

His ultimate is very good, but it is basically the only reason to pick him, so it had better be good.


I don't think you realize how fast a twitch with ie pd can bring down 2 carries while the tanks are busy fighting each other.

Oracle still ends him. Your only positioning/escape/mobility ability is centered around a mechanic that can be entirely countered for 400g. Unless you win your lane hard enough that the enemy team can never afford Oracle's, he'll always be an undewhelming AD carry, imo.


Ends him how? Oracle gives him the chance to get the jump on the squishies which is any ad carry dream, except the rest actually have to deal with the tank line. If the other team has oracles, he still has all the steroids + the biggest range in the game + the best ad carry aoe + the most damage, all you need is the faintest idea of how to play ad carry to win your team the game.

Ok, maybe not ends him, but he's still rather underwhelming outside of his ult once the enemy team has Oracles. If he gets focused or dove by a bruiser, he has nothing to get out, and if the enemy has better positioning, he has no way to get in to a proper position. He has no blink/dash, and his slow isn't the best by a long shot. If I wanted super strong AD AoE damage, I'd rather have Graves pretty much every time.

I sometimes tab out after I queue, and if I don't have my headphones on, I'm effectively AFK. Gosh darn new features!
The "Decline" button being placed where "Play now!" used to be doesn't help either.

Overreaction to the "ZOMG MY EARS ARE BLEEDING" sound that used to play when queue popped/game started. Can't seem to hit a middle of the road balance.

Okay, so Sion's ulti gives him 100% lifesteal on his autoattacks. Suppose you had a BT-- would that mean you go over 100% lifesteal? Would using the ulti proc spell vamp?

Last night I DC'd from a game I was spectating. However, the game kept going for around 30 seconds before it froze, so I guess the "replay" is already downloaded to your computer and that there is merely a delay from what you can see and what is downloaded/played out. Since you essentially have the "replay" downloading "real-time", isn't that exploitable to some degree?

Yes. Lifesteal has no cap on it. Same goes for Spellvamp. So for example, multiple BTs would stack. WotA would not stack because it is a unique effect. However, WotA and Hextech Revolver and Hextech Gunblade can stack. (Whether you would want to get all three is another question...).

Also, WotA stacks between players. That is, if two players on the same team have a WotA each, they receive both their own WotA aura and their ally's WotA aura.

The spectator servers are separate from the game servers and filter data with a built in delay. If you disconnect from a spectating game, it may be the case your client has bugged itself but is still capable of receiving certain inputs from the spec server. Also, sometimes the client takes the last known game input and continues to "play out" the command it has been given. That's why sometimes if you d/c from a game you still see people trying to hit minions or walking around even though the game is crashed.

I posted about seeing this happen yesterday, and now there's a handy video on Reddit about it. Seems to be that CC overlapping with Twisted Advance can get you stuck permanently(Notice that Nocturne's fear procs as Maokai uses Twisted Advance, and someone else in the Reddit thread reporting getting stuck while Advancing into a Veigar stun).

People should probably avoid playing Maokai for the time being.

My goodness it's been 10 minutes and I still haven't gotten into a game because someone is "afk" or dodges the que at the last second.

I was looking forward to this change but IMO the afk timer has to be a little longer (like 20 seconds).

New AFK detection for matchmade games
Players are now given an option to "Accept" or "Decline" a game when the matchmaking queue pops
Champion selection does not begin until all players accept the game
If any player declines the game, or fails to respond, the game is disbanded
