No, he's reading just fine: The passive effect on Randuin's Omen (shared with Warden's Mail), is the only attack speed slow in the game which subtracts from the affected target's attack speed bonus. In other words it means, that passive reduction works only on base attack speed of the target, so more attack speed one has, less passive effect reduces. All other sources (as Randuin's active part) reduce total attack speed. (Conflicting with attack speed page in the reductions section. Needs testing or some kind of comfirmation) | ||

We had one exhaust on the support, 3 ignites on top/mid/ad. They had three exhausts, two ignites. Our AD carry literally couldn't do anything compared to theirs ==; | ||

Don't get it!" from the shop menu. its just that small problem with glacial shroud being really fucking good (cdr, ton of mana, ton of armor) and the parts of frozen heart really cheap and wanting to be the guy who can say I HAVE FROZEN HEART, I SHUT DOWN AD CARRY WE WIN FIGHTS EZ NAO. its just too fuckin' good of an item. riot trolled everyone so hard by doing that. | ||

:flex: the amount of MR that 1 aegis gives you is obscene, doubling it makes you basically invincible to everything but triple AD comps. i feel so beast when i get it on skarner/diana/mundo/shyvana as a first item and my support follows up with one. tower dive and recklessly initiate ahoy! | ||
