The only new ones are mundo, cassio, and lee i think o.o. Infernal Ali not released yet though.

Xins mobility is taking a BIG hit with the lack of CDR on w a 13 second gap closer is already absurdly long (jax 4 seconds, irelia 6 seconds). It's just making him even one 1-dimensional which is kind of stupid. But they seem to be buffing his AD/AP ratios and damage.
Oh, I guess he gets 3 seconds CDR still, but still seems kinda pointless since getting the knockup is usually a sure thing. Almost the same as -3 on all his cds.

Ghostblade frozen heart maxes out his cdr but you want hp defensively and you have no mr there either and it seems like a waste not just to get phage+wits+giants belt at some point.

His early jangling also nerfed imoimo, no passive aspeed, no life on third hit unless lvling W first, which means you can't lvl2 gank as good as you can now etc.
The new passive+ult is kinda cool though, from a lore-ish point of view.

Xin was always a gimmicky jungler he has no real speed. I don't think they care about his jungling honestly, since the jungle change it mostly stopped being viable.

So is xin going to be built like jax now?

Just from what I see that's probably how I'll start out in the jungle with him. 21-9 (4% cooldown) not sure about runes, but thinking ad reds/ms quints could be fun or the mix ad/arp like I run on jax. Wriggles or double doran into trinity and then tank. Gunblade if fed for the mad deepz.

Not much of a top player, but 9-21 and straight ad looks good.

just thought of something... have a shyvana, orianna, shen on your team and then have put the ball on shen, shen ulti shyvana, then have shyvana dragon onto their team and then shen taunts, ori ults and you have one hell of an engage :D

Probably the next patch. Usually when something goes out on the PBE, I'm pretty sure it's in its final stages of testing. Plus, they announced it and riot has been a lot better on announcing things and releasing them soon after (if you don't include PFE).

It´s basically 4 new champs at once. Eve most likely won´t be supreme right away since her first rank ult is really tame. That new stealth mechanic needs contact with reality.
For Xin I´m curious how far the knockback is, I´m hoping for a melee gragasbarrel. The switches changed his itemisation drastically, Brutalizer is now core.
Twitch is less different but more "cleaned up" in terms of mechanics. I wonder though if ultrapush Twitch makes a comeback, his ult once again outranges Towers without ammo restraints.
