When I think about it, would this mean attack speed runes are that much better on him, since he'll already have apen? She looks good though. It doesn't look like her plants can die, and more attack speed on a plant that does pretty impressive damage is great. One thing I see, does cooldown reduction seem like a bad choice on her? It seems like she'll want to use all her spells in one go in the later stages of the game. | ||

Her skills having bad ratios I can be okay with so long as she can summon enough stuff to make up for it. From the looks of it, lvl 2 plants with 50 AP deal 70 damage a hit, which imo is very respectable (unless they have super slow attack speeds or something). | ||

i would have just removed her stealth and used that skill spot to improve her laning, its a completely different champion now oO. soooo, i dont get the xin changes. First they nerf his numbers 3 times in a row without any need for it and now they "remake" him, by shuffling around his skills a bit, which in the end makes him play exactly the same, but with improved numbers. oO Im lost on this patch. | ||

They shifted the cooldown reduction onto his Q, which means each cast of Q will reduce the cd of his other skills by 3 seconds only (and it doesn't include his Q), which is kinda bleh. His ult sounds like it could be really good for isolating a target. More on Zyra, based on the screenshots in the sneak peak, her ulti radius seems pretty huge. Which means if you have cc to set it up, the large delayed aoe knock-up effect could be really strong. | ||

Old Xin had a large impetus to stack attack speed because it scaled his offense/cc/ability to stick to a target. New Xin doesn't have that motivation, no matter what your attack speed you only get 3 attacks out of Q. Q incidentally has a 1.2 total AD ratio (it's not a 3.0 bonus AD ratio, thankfully), starts at a 9 second cooldown and drops 1 second per rank. It does not affect itself. W is hands down your least important ability now. You take one rank for 26 healing every third hit, then ignore it because you only gain 6 more healing per rank and there's no passive attack speed on it any more. It does gain 10% attack speed and drops a second on its cooldown per rank (16-12), but that's not really enough. Missing from the leak was that his passive, Challenge, can only apply to one target. Also, that target is excluded from the knockback on his ultimate. So when you charge someone and ult you push back the everyone but that target. Also, there's no minimum Armor/MR on his ult anymore, just a flat amount per champion hit. It at least has a 1.0 bonus AD ratio, but I don't honestly know how much AD you'll be building. | ||

Other than his ulti change, I feel like every other change was for the worse. Moving the cd reduction to his Q means that he can no longer spam abilities the way he used to be, resulting in less overall utility. Moving his passive onto W, while simultaneously removing the passive attack speed buff means that you essentially have to "waste" one level to gain the sustain you had right off the bat before. E seems to be slightly buffed (unless the slow doesn't scale with level which I doubt; the AP ratio and mana buff is more or less irrelevant unless you're doing some troll AP Xin build). I like his R change; does much more damage and can isolate important targets. His new passive seems very meh, especially compared to his old one. | ||

It's impossible to completely remove stealth from Eve. She's known for it. It IS Eve. Just like Jax IS dodge. You can't do that to a pre-existing champion like that | ||

With max CDR Xin's cooldowns are 3s on Q, 7.2 on W, and 5.4 on E. Basically you can E->Q every 3 seconds (50% slow and 1s knockup) and keep the 80% attack speed buff on permanently. It's crazy how fast you burn through mana doing that, but you honestly can spam abilities more than before. New ulti is crazy.
