I think the bug has something to do with his ult and jump, with both of them coming down too fast. | ||

So he wins every lane and you're not just saying that after looking at the numbers? If he maxes E his damage is going to be very tiny in all other cases and he'll have no farming skills. Oh no, from what I read on /r/leagueoflegend, what's happening is that Pantheon is ulting and where there is normally a delay, its just occurring instantly instead. | ||

I don't know what it is myself, that's why I'm asking :X I definitely was able to ult away despite getting headbutted 3/4 of the way through the channel, but that might've just been a weird timing thing. | ||

I don't max it, but you can get 3 points in it early since you don't have to worry about leveling up your ultimate. I don't know if he beats everyone, but I haven't lost many lanes at all today.
