Cassi's ulti has to be the slowest "I'm looking at you!" in the universe.

I frankly always pray before using Cass's ult.

But Morg was too near to be able to walk out, and even turning her back she'd either have died, or broke the tether and then died, hence the thing. She needed to get the second tick off while dodging the ult.

The reason I don't like the Veigar change is because his E is already really good. You miss your stun and someone still has to use a dash to not be caged in. That's right, you whiff a skill and I still have to jump out of it. I'm fine with them buffing his damage or his base stats but idk why they buffed his one op skill.

It's almost ironic that Riot's patch is failing again. I guess they really don't test their patch before release.

I'm not even sure WHY a purely content-based patch would mess up the servers this much, lol. I'm guessing their infrastructure is not that robust, and the problem is that you can't go changing the structure of your game that easily.
Anyways.. gonna try out Smite for the first time.

Well, someone clearly borked something somewhere along the line.

im on EU LP doing premades

I'm 100% sure that Pantheon is breaking the patch because they trashed his icon so hard.

Anybody stuck at 99% update of the patch? Its fking with my other internet programs

guinsoo probably just spilled coffee on everything again

At first I was like "worst server NA", but then I remembered this was basically EVERY patch not too long ago.
|
patch not working is a lot of things but I'm not getting ironic.
|
I personally blame Adobe Air and having two completely seperate servers for the client and the game.

Is there a before/after so we can stand in awe of the awful?

This is not going to go well with consumer relations.

what a surprise am i right guys?

I wonder how much this past weekend's tournaments have affected the current/recent server load. As in, people seeing the tournaments and wanting to start playing, or people seeing them and wanting to play again.
I think network infrastructure is pretty interesting and would be a cool thing to learn, although I would never want to do it for a living. All blame gets put on you when you mess up, but you get no praise for keeping things smooth.

Anyways.. gonna try out Smite for the first time. Ever since that one patch made champion select get stuck at the ban phase (basically both captains would ban champions until they were all banned, then the two teams would sit there until someone dodged), I've learned that anything can happen on patch day.
I don't remember the last time the same patch failed twice in a row, though. Mostly more amused than anything
