Kinda weird that it works that way honestly but I'm not really sure about the interaction with Fizz's Playful/Trickster. I would imagine that since it can jump walls you could jump Event Horizon as well. | ||

Valve kinda has the advantage of being Valve there. One of the Senior Graphics guys at Riot did the art production for Bastion so there's definitely the connections to make it happen. One thing about the announcer voicepacks though is that just like how you can get the client to load skins for yourself you would likely be able to do the same with announcer voicepacks. With skins, they only show for yourself so you still have the incentive to buy it so you can show it off to everyone. With announcer packs, it's already only local to you so where's the incentive to buy them? The way Riot allows a lot of modding for the client is a disadvantage here in some ways. You can already mod the announcer voices. | ||
