No clue about Swain/Ryze, but Vlad gets raped hardcore by Rumble, at least in my experience. Vlad's early game is awful and Rumble's early game is abusive as hell. Naut/Lulu see lots of play. Riven/Graves are played, but more situational. Ziggs just isn't as good as other AP carries imo... Xerath/Viktor are strong, but just underplayed since practically no one plays them so no one has much practice with them. Fiora/Sejuani are UP. | ||

Just to add to what the others have said, if you're going Gp10 Yellow, just use 8 of them and use the last slot for an armour seal. Why? 2.25 gold gen is better than 2, since decimals are all tracked. Has anyone considered opening like... cloth + wards on a support while running full gp10 runes? My idea being, start out with a full gp5 item out of the gate without having 0 armor? [rather, having low enough armor that the enemy's armor pen nulls it out entirely] Experimentation time... | ||

The extra armour seal lets you break +10 armour from runes, since for stats which take integer values (such as AD, AP) the client rounds it while still letting you start with +5gp10. | ||

That's terrible because you'd rather start be using full armor seals + still start faerie charm. If you buy cloth armor you don't even end up with that much more armor and you're delaying your philo stone so much that the 2gp10 from seals are completely wasted. Also you lose the mana regen from faerie charm which matters. | ||
