Lets me move my camera a lot better, which allows me to keep my mouse concentrated on actions instead of dragging to the edge to scroll around.

I think you should always get DFG unless there's a specific reason you need the grevious wounds debuff (like Swain, Mundo, etc.). The increased AP and activateable is just too good.

He snowballs so hard.. At 20min I 1v4'd and got a quadra lulz.
Oh, and the whole time it was 4v5 with my team's Veigar constantly d/cing.
I wonder why I always sucked with him before ><
Edit: at above item discussion about Xerath, I don't think it's wise to I DFG on him.. Just as you wouldn't on Lux because of long-ranged skills. Then again I don't play Xerath as much as I do lux so I could be completely off.

Late reply, but I've been at work. AD Annie you level R>Q>E>W. Usually you take a point in W at level 2 though and mostly only use that spell to stun, not to do damage. You level Q first for the lane harass and last hitting and E second because the bonus armor/MR+return damage is a lot more beneficial than the damage on W since most of your damage comes from autos. Early game your a lot like AD Kennen in that you use your ult/stun combo to get kills, so you can still play offensively just like AP Annie. Come late game though your stun is 100% to keep you safe for when people dive on you since you don't have any mobility or escapes like an AD Kennen or other ADs have. Pretty much standard AD build though, 2 dblade + vamp into IE/PD/LW usually. I don't like Trinity on Annie, she doesn't really need the mana and your CDs are kinda long to take advantage of Sheen procs effectively.
AD Annie and AD Ahri are viable in normals and probably viable in lots of Elo brackets for ranked. But people will still probably think you're trolling them or whatever. Just play well and get all the kills to shut them up. Your lane phase isn't terrible because you outrange fucking everyone in lane with the exception of Cait and W Kog. Although champs like Graves and Ezreal can harass you from afar if you let 'em.
Personally I think AD Annie goes best with supports who also have a stun such as Leona or Alistar. Janna works too since you don't have any escapes and 'cause Janna is a beast. Just be careful, Annie is really squishy especially early game and you don't have any mobility so you're reliant on your stun and E to keep you safe late game.

I don't really think this argument is very valid anymore. Maybe it still is on Xerath but definitely isn't on Lux. 750 range DFG after the change means that you're not going to be putting yourself into danger by DFGing people. Unless of course you DFG and position terribly.

Is it just me or does Irelia feel so much stronger early on than even before her sustain nerf. The added early game strength makes a huge difference when facing strong early game champs and her mid-lategame is still monstrous.

The new banned Allchat feature, has anyone turned it on?
Ever since then games seem to be a lot better with less trolling and nobody ever continuously feeding because the enemy aggravated them into attacking them.

I would build DFG on Xerath now with he range buff.

I'm not sure if mine are more convoluted.
1, 2, 3, 4 for skills, all on smartcast (ctrl for levelling, alt for self cast, shift for non-smart cast)]
5, 6 for summoner spells
q,w,e for top item slots
a,s,d for bottom item slots
x attack move
h stop
I don't use camera hotkeys at all.

Only relevant if you're the kind of person who gets angry or rage when the other team talks shit. Quite often I'll talk to people on the other team about random shit and just ignore them if they trash talk or bitch about something. I think it's a good feature for people who will tilt or rage if the other team shit talks them but otherwise kind of pointless imo.

I guess that makes it viable.. Still not 100% sold on getting it on Xerath tho, or I might be underestimating 750 range.

I'd still trade the +5 AP for the +5% CDR on Morello's solely because of their actives. Why put on a healing debuff when you could potentially just kill them instead with DFG, even with Xerath? At some point someone is going to make their way to you and it's a much better emergency skill than grevious wounds.
Before the changes, you had to trade a bit of AP in order to get the active. Now, you get both with the new DFG.
