So basically it's a nerf to DFG's active at any reasonable level of AP. But the active isn't all there is to DFG. It seems a lot more straightforward to build, and if you feel like it you can keep delaying completion and building other Blasting Wand items if the opportunity arises.

Considering I think that AP actually caps at 1000, it is obviously a "nerf." But no one except veigar builds dfg, so can you nerf an item that no one uses?

Ap teemo is pretty good, but I kinda like the build him tankish/damagy for a lack of a better word Bruiser style Teemo. However the idea of killer mushrooms does appeal to me on a certain level.

The obvious solution is for a teemo ap vs teemo not ap? battle

Iirc, Veigar, Nasus and Sion have hard caps on their skills but it's something infeasibly high. I think Nasus Q was something like 23k damage?

I guess it was just luck. I saw a 6 item annie with 20 full stacks on mejais who had exactly 1000 ap. I thought she must have hit the cap, but I guess it was just the luck of runes masteries and items.

Lol so today I decided to troll around a little bit and thought AD ryze seemed like a fun idea.

Tons of fun. Surprisingly good actually. Rushed manamune and then frozen heart, still was doing tons of damage, then got Tforce and Black Cleaver huehue.

13/6/11 I believe.

Anything is better than AP Ryze....

AD Ryze is terrible because you can either cast spells or AA, you cant do both in a fight. His only decent AD skill is the snare...but then it has long cooldown if you arent spamming his other spells, and if you do spam them then you arent using your AD.

AD Annie is considerably better than AD Ryze in every way, if you want a joke build.

Am I wrong in thinking that all stats must have some cap based on how the data is structured? like say hp is capped at ###### because it is only # bits long.

Don't see why not. He's just using XSplit to capture the corner of his screen and output it to his 2nd monitor. I don't think any part of that is SC2-specific.
