If you look at anything that keep you "alive" after you died (Karthus, GA, Zilean, etc.) sometimes you can see your health start to regenerate (esp. in GA's case, where it doesn't matter because it's set at a flat 750 upon revival).

Also chalice on WW against AP: why am i so dumb I forgot that?!

I wonder why they never released a tool for editing the recommended items. You can whip up a simple one in a couple of hours (I've done just that for myself) and a really nice one in a few days by even an inexperienced programmer (aka intern / new hire). Or better yet make something that integrates with the client.

I know there are already 3rd party tools which get this done.
I think Riot just doesn't want to make an external tool.. it's somewhat inconvenient. They'd much rather wait until they can implement it into the client, which I'd imagine would take a lot longer.

to be honest if they would just set them to important build items even it would be easier.

b.f. sword, ruby crystal, stuff like that can get you to almost any item in 2 clicks, the reccomended items as they are now, aren't useless but they aren't nearly as helpful as they could be.

As someone who likes to play Sejuani, I'm glad they gave her one of her most needed buffs with the meaningless Q mana thing. That Level 1 ult CD was so unbearable even if it is the best initiate ever.
