And another thing: Everybody says that the success of a stream is dependant on the personality. See the reality show-like streams of TSM (minus Dyrus), Destiny etc. How comes that Dyrus, one of the most boring people ever, has one of the most successful streams out there? I mean that guy speaks very rarely, mostly some "oh well that sucks" if he dies - and a lot of sighs. His voice also sounds as if he is perma-stoned. And yet, people flock to him, revere him, make him pictures and drawings and he even spawns memes (huehuehuehuehue). I don't get it, the guy defies all common rules for stream-success.
Anyone able to shed some light on it?
i think people are drawn to the half stoned chillness. what you describe as i would describe as relaxing.

Anyone at PAX try out the new champ?
|
From what I heard, he is like windrunner. The champion is already at Pax with dark knight horsey so if anybody there can give us some info it would be great.
Apparently his passive is that he gains 40% aspd after getting a kill, charged up skill shot, ult is another skill shot and somekind of ashe volley thing.

I like playing top because I like playing melee champions and I hate duo laning.
That's pretty much it.

'sup' Ezreal and Lee. Well, I understand that creativeness is more constrained in the case of AD carries than mages or others, but still... :/

is it just champ kills or any last hit. i feel like getting a power boost after every last hit could make interesting laning. if it is just on champ kill i think that is pretty boring.

One thing dyrus does that I'm really surprised no other streamer has jumped on yet is massive massive massive community involvement. You see him dicking around posting on reddit all the time, he's made a handful of dumb videos of him singing or whatever, etc etc. That's a big part of his popularity, I think.

I can't imagine that you would get the boost after killing a creep.

The speculation on reddit is you would get a stacking aspd buff every time you get a last hit, say 5 stack of 8%. But getting a kill/assist grant you the full stack.
Of course nothing is set in stone, we need somebody from Pax to confirm everything.

I willing to bet it a fraction on creep then 40% on champ kills. If it just on champ kills it kinda useless, if it on all kills he will be damn good late game because he can just straight up itemize AD. Other AD on IE PD vamp and Varus on IE BT with same attack speed.

I wish it looked half as good as the fan made version.

For those of you who have smurf accounts.. how do you go about getting them? I really want one, but leveling an acount 1-30 is too tedious. I've done some searching but I can't find anything. Is there a website where you can buy them maybe?
|
you level it up like normal.
|
1399 isnt silver anymore
Also, Mordekaiser is a powerhouse mid now IMO. How is he in higher Elo? i assume you can just ban Cass and win mid because i dont see how he can lose against anyone else
|
you can buy exp boosts but thats about it. per game and over time boosts stack, if you really want to get done fast but it will cost you.
|
got it from friends that don't play anymore.
