actually, I'm not a jungle or top main, I just dabble, I'd like to hear more about why wriggles seems to be falling out of favor. "sell me" if you will. Is it because of early dragon becoming less popular (not worth the risk)? And it was mentioned earlier on this page but the ward for top lane felt like a must when I was playing top, now you don't see wriggles on a lot of tops, where before it felt like only kennen/rumble passed on it.
As a jungler there are a number of factors. The first is the jungle remake, Wriggle's is largely unnecessary for clearing the jungle including buff camps. Next, with wards becoming much more prevalent most Dragon kills are done when the enemy team is unable to contest, rendering Wriggle's less useful. It's not a bad item, but the game has reached a point where it isn't necessarily the best item.
Deciding whether to get Wriggle's or not really comes down to the jungler and how you intend on playing them. It still makes sense on many junglers, but you aren't necessarily wrong for grabbing a couple Doran's Blades instead.

Thanks for advice sob3k. I came at a close conclusion, that I should have just E'd her until she went into kill range (but I'm bad at this as they'll usually start playing defensive and I won't manage to get the opening to seal the deal) instead of trying aggression, but it was too late by then.

Important also in my opinion is to learn how to smartcast the laser and abuse the fact that you can shot it while running. So you can bait her into walking towards you and then run away+laser. You need to have good feeling for the starting range though, otherwise you turn around and well you can imagine the rest.

You can do 2 dblades with Lee Sin and still be able to clear/gank very well. However, I love wriggles on Lee and I personally think it's core. You can solo dragon np as soon as you get wriggles and the ward from wriggles basically gives you a flash, which essentially lets you run exhaust without needing to worry about having an escape.

The other great thing about lazer smartcast is you really lose nothing compared to regular cast. If you want to set up a precision laser just hold E and and drag, which gives you the targeting graphic, then release to fire. This is good to set up lazer that will get most amount of minons, or to clear wraiths (which you should be doing alot of after you get death). For your wraiths just Q big wraith then E through them all as they run at you should clear whole wraith camp, and you can easily steal their big wraith and a few little wraiths by walking up to the outside of their wall, E big wraith (which gives you vision), and then Q it to kill.

The thing that would bother me the most would be the time it'd take to get the feeling for max range, yeah. Abusing his range is core to playing him I feel, and I got destroyed by AP Cow that didn't care about range with a good lazer you can line-up all minions while they come without exposing yourself to the enemy mid if he's got short range; being able to stay as behind as possible before casting here is important when pushing imo.
Also, Viktor still outpushes Morgana. Always fun to watch, although Karthus/Gragas/etc. do it better (and earlier) than him.

never really liked jatt after the whole dig/cde fiasco but he's definitely a great player and having him on the riot balance team can only mean good things

Agree 100%!
And I guess you mean the dignitas/CDE thing for WCG qualifiers?

LoL forums are beyond terrible omg...
F*ck the haters 23 downvotes
scumbag jatt. 47 upvotes
Hopefully, having someone that played the game at a high level will help them for balancing. Also, Jatt could be finally someone Smash or TheYango could send their crazy theorycrafting calculations to.

So the rumors were true?!
That's nice, I'm glad for Jatt, and I think it's a great thing for the future of the game to have a (ex)pro gamer helping them with both balance and casting.
Also, congrats to Jatt! He must be quite happy about this ^^

Jatt's honestly always struck me as a fairly nice guy. I really never understood the hate on him tbh, but that might've been that I just didn't pay that much attention to the fiascos.

He was one that asked the WCG admin about the 'rule clarification'. Which of course doesn't make him any more guilty than the rest of the team.

Nah, that was Voyboy. Jatt played for a Canadian team and for Dignitas at WCG. A lot of people thought that shouldn't be allowed but a WCG admin okay'd it. It sucked then, but I don't understand why people still even care because CDE got to go to WCG anyways.

Jatt didn't do anything wrong... most of the people who got riled up about it just aren't very intelligent and couldn't understand what happened.
