So cheesy, rofl. He did a solid 150~ auto attack damage at level 1 with a Dorans Ring. How does he do 150 AA damage if he starts Q? I dunno, I didn't look. Besides, that's more like 6 autoattacks. 5 if she's stupid enough to AA back and draw minion aggro (chances are she was) Sorry, I just don't see that happening. Anyway, no point in arguing, I didn't mean to offend anyone. It's just that this situation you described still sounds really fishy to me. Even more cause for it to amuse me. I dunno, what would I gain from lyinganyway? I'm gonna get E-famous for being in a game with a cheesy Sion, right? Silly argument you're right. I also think solo q is a very underrated form of practice, especially for people who arent familiar with how lol actually works. 99% of the things you can do in a scrim you can do in solo q, without having to plan around 10 people, and without the possibility of wasting those 9 other people's time.
Realistically, the only thing that scrims actually improve is team communication, and that doesnt really require a bunch of scrims in order to get down.
Everything else you can get from solo q.

Lol, for realsies?
The first game of League I ever watched featured Doublelift 1v5ing as Poppy when he was on EG. I remember saying "damn, this Doublelift guy has to be like the best in the world..."

I think the overall teamwork aspect of LoL is still fairly undeveloped mostly because even the pro's haven't quite mastered what they're suppose to do individually, so that improving their individual skills still contribute better to the overall team, than working out very intricate strategies that goes beyond pick/bans and sticking together at the right time.

Yarp. He played blitz back in season 1 and caught HSGG's eye, then they duod a bit, then Dlift and SV joined CLG, Kobe24 stopped playing lol so SV took over jungle, Double did too much stupid stuff so he never got played so he left. Then he did stupid stuff for a bunch of other teams, learned ad carry, and now does too much stupid stuff for CLG again.

agreed, for the vast vast majority of players (i would definitely group TL B in there as well) have many individual faults and improvements to be made from practicing in solo queue. general feel for what objectives are accomplish-able, individual play (csing zoning warding ganking etc.) and teamfighting can be practiced with the proper mindset (even in solo queue, focus on what YOU can improve because you will be matched with the worse team many times, so to gain something out of these games focus on perfecting your play as much as possible). not to mention solo queue is generally much more available than arranged, especially due to scheduling conflicts.

When I wanted to practice specifics in BW: splitting, marine micro, barracks macro, I needed to do it in custom games. I feel like if it's possible then someone can practice cannonball dodging in GP's ult the same way you practiced killing a lurker with 1 marine in UMS custom games kekeke :D

Everything else you can get from solo q. Scrimming also lets you practice drafting, which is a very underrated skill in LoL imo.

IMO one of the biggest problems with drafting ATM is the personal pool of champions for top level mid/top players is pitiful. HSGG plays Cho. Regi plays "everything" but most of it is mediocre. Jiji is extremely limited. Hell, I cant think of a single top who can play enough champions at a level you would be comfortable with them picking it in a tournament. Salce is probably the best all around mid, but thats just cuz he is flat BETTER than anyone else and even his mediocre champs are incredible compared to everyone else.
So it honestly doesnt matter at this point. Most of picking in lol is just "what do they not suck with- ban it, what do we not suck at- pick it." Team comp is worthless compared to 5 tourney players getting what they are best at.

What are people's opinion on wriggles first on ad carry?

its good if you're behind. I also like to open cloth5 when i'm going into a matchup i know i'm going to have serious problems with (cait vs vayne, if i'm vayne, is an example), to then build into wriggles.

I don't like it...
I feel like if the person who doesn't get wriggles just doesn't die in lane they win lane even if they behind like 20 CS.

wriggles also gives strong dragon control, which i personally view as its strongest point as a vamp scepter and some amount of sustain/shielding can usually match wriggles' sustain unless the two ad's are constantly duking it out
the most obvious con to wriggles is that you will usually have a BF when the opponent has a completed BF item (like BT + zeal or IEdge) unless you can push wriggles' advantage (stronger trades, dragon and jungle control) sufficiently that they cannot CS perfectly or will be innately behind you.
edit: ^ u know he means vayne vs cait.

I did some wrigs start, it feel underwhelming in dmg, but I feel that I undercount the sustain I get with it, and the amount of armor I get.
What is usually a 2nd big item after wriggles? Is it PD? or do I follow up with IE?

If you push an entire wave you lose out a lot of potential lifesteal. edit: typo.

more like, our morgana was the worst player i've ever seen at any elo. literally did not back down after missing her Q at level 1 and fought anivia with egg up, then proceeded to miss every single Q from then on. it was a battle between who was worse, grackis or bahumutprime
