Not the best, but he was really entertaining. I wonder how good he is at this. Trump's been streaming for the last week at least. He's like ~lvl 15 on that account (maybe a smurf?) so he's still got a ways to go.
Damn I gotta catch his stream at some point, Trump's awesome!

I'm going to spend the next couple days playing nothing but AP carries to get better, unless it's really unfeasible to the team.
My roster of such includes Brand, Viktor, TF (AP build), Fiddle, Lux, Orianna, Kennen, and Ryze (though I don't know if he's feasible without having a mana page for him, which I don't).
Who should I focus on (for whatever reason you see fit), and are their pages on here up to date? Play Orianna. The best late game ap carry. Very arguable. If you have a someone like Riven who deals INSANE amounts of late game damage and a few disables to follow up after your ult, sure. Damage wise, Orianna's just not up there late game. She offers great utility and if that's what you are looking for, she's great. CC scales. A stun late game is much stronger than a stun early game due to the nature of team fights/objectives/respawn timer/damage vs tankiness wise. It is how champions like Leona/Ashe scale even though it seems that they should be really weak late game.
I absolutely do not agree. aoe cc often scales because it's simply hitting more targets late game, but single target stuns and other disables scale negatively with the length of the game. This is why the all cc team low elo loves is typically garbage, they get outscaled and end up with no damage as the midgame starts closing out.

How are reported idiots immediately matched with you again on the same team? This has happened on far too many occasions. It's like Riot wants me to stop playing.
I mean, it could put me in the same game as them. I'd love a chance to up against the tards that ruined your last game, but what the hell is the report feature for if it doesn't get rid of trolls?

i thought ignoring them means you cant get matched up with them again though

no, ignoring means that you won't hear them in chat
nothing you do (besides win or lose elo, and duoing ofc) affects who you get in matchmaking

I take it back. Trump's Trist is pretty sick for someone who's only level 15

Unkillable Warwick: Madreds, Mercs, Wit's End, Frozen Heart, Spirit Visage, Triforce.
I've had the pleasure of never re-encountering anyone on my ignore list.

Early game, stunning someone for 2 seconds might only prevent them from doing 100 damage. Lategame that could be 1000 damage.
What sort of teams are you talking about? It's hard for a team that has decent CC on all team members to be bad. Damage is largely more a result of farm than from champion kit, so in low Elo, "no damage" is likely to be a product of that fact that your carries suck at farming--any AD carry that can manage to get to IE/PD/LW is going to hit like a truck. Likewise, CC's efficacy depends a lot on how well it's used, so poor usage will make CC look like it's not doing a lot.

TOO has been getting dorans items a lot in jungle the past like month or two and I just can't like it. Whenever I've tried it I always became super useless past the midgame. I feel like I just don't have the leisure to use dorans items.

compare the value of taric stun at 6 minutes to taric stun at 40. I don't know whether it's merc treads or qss or the fact that squishier targets tend to be further from the cc or something inherent to the scaling of cc vs the scaling of damage steroids/items or all of those or something else entirely but single target cc gets wayyyy worse as the game goes on.

I think what you are trying to argue is that the value of single target stuns drops because there are more damage threats the longer the game goes, so stunning Tristana doesnt matter if cassio or shyvana are still in your face. That argument makes sense.
But Yango is correct- from a damage standpoint cc does in fact scale very well because of the damage potential inherent with buying items.

Looks like a CLG vs Crs scrim about to start.

cc only scales if you actually have damage to take advantage of it. *shrugs*

I haven't watched many scrims before, I'm amazed at how critical CLG are of each other. Do other LoL teams flat out flame each other this much? Doublelift has to take so much shit.

CLG/TSM are like this. TSM worse imo since they resort to just insulting each other, at least CLG uses in game stuff. Other teams much much better
