How good is TF How good is TF as AP?
I was just told AP TF is fucking amazing. Like sooooo good. I disagree and Now I have to play with him :o Am I wrong in this?
Yes. A good TF in teamplay (see Jiji) can win a game just by being in the game and forcing teams to play super defensive. Like jiji beat EG in a scrim just by being tf. He never ulted. Didnt have too. The map control he had was more than enough for his lanes to crush EG's cuz they couldnt actually excert pressure.
So, I've been away from the game since the Ahri patch.
Who's currently the best champions in everybody's opinion?
I looked at Sujuani's kit last night and thought that it was the best jungle kit I had ever seen. Also, Riven is really strong, some may be as far as to even say op. I think Riven and Sujani are the next champions I will be getting. Also, we should have a list of champions everybody should be familiar with playing.

dps means jack if you can't survive tho. There's plenty of reasonable causes for running defensive boots on AD carries, especially if early on you're facing a lot of physical damage or cc (mercs) in lane.
RE: wiggles pdancer vs traditional builds.
this is actually something i was running into when comparing bloodrazor vs LW, and I think it just comes down to the fact that attackspeed, after a certain point, is simply overvalued as a 'multiplicative stat', primarily because standing dps battles aren't always an appliciable circumstance. On the other hand, damage per hit is always applicable for obvious reasons. Given that 2 build's dps's are approx. equal, an attackspeed based build will be just fine in standing dps battles, but since ranged AD (in my experience) is all about either chasing or being chased, you simply don't have the opportunity to utilize all of your attackspeed, so dps values are more accurate over very short periods of time, which i think tends to favor AD builds. That's not to say that you shouldn't build aspeed items, because aspeed helps with things like animations and aspeed items tend to give other benefits (like crit and ms on pdancer), but IMO the balance between damage and aspeed should favor damage per hit, not total dps.
on somewhat of a tangent, if you really want to do a super snowball, end in 25 mins build i would think gb/b to be better for that than wriggles pd.

Sejuani is trash.
Right now by positions in my opinion:
Shyvana Jungle(maybe top)
Graves AD
Cassiopeia mid
Soraka support(The E buff too strong along with Sona nerf)
If I actually played ranged ADs with any frequency and actually tried the Wriggles->PD build, I'd probably get to the point where I have Wriggles + Zeal before asking myself why I'm not building Triforce instead.
I don't see why Wriggles+PD has any appeal. If you want cost-efficient single-item damage, there's Wit's and Triforce. If you want to build for the long term into an item that scales well, there's IE/BT. I don't see what PD gives that's desirable in a 1st damage item.

EVERY annie player rushing tears just totally blew my mind when I was a new player because even though I went for RoA for some mana I felt like why the fuck are you building mana on annie with free mana Q like of all the APs she needs it less??
I was thinking about a teamcomp with Sivir. which was ww, sivir, nunu. And this is would allow Sivir to not have to get any AS items, thus getting her dps output earlier, higher, into the midgame. thoughts?

Probably Wriggle's lantern and PD...
How's that bad though? I mean it's Vayne we're talking about right? In my opinion Wriggles/PD is generally the best build to go for if you're having a relatively tough lane

You'd be doing the same with any other AD carry if you had WW + Nunu though.
On another note, when did AP nid started to suck(according to noobs in 1200-1300 rating)? I love playing AP Nidalee, it's by far my favorite champion of all time, but each time I try to play her in ranked, most people just wont stop bitching until I say I'll play her ad....
But playing AD Nidalee is such a waste of such an amazing champion... She's so much more fun to play as AP...
So, what's the general conscensus? I know she was still a really strong pick and viable after the last "adjustments" she had, so why is it that most people(that I get grouped with) think she sucks AP?

As an AD I can say that i generally feel really unhappy until have IE/BT and at least a zeal. Preferably have the PD finished as well. From my personal preference having the movespeed from zeal/PD is what makes me feel really comfortable from that point on. Granted with your scenario you have sivir ult and nunu for speed which I guess solves that problem during fights. I don't see any reason to not try it out :D

But you forget about sivir ulti as well. one of the best steroids, not to mention dat speed boost as well.

I really dislike AD nid, she just falls off in lategame imo. Though I totally understand the appeal and the strengths of it.
I just think watching everyone's health drop from 100 to 40% from 1 q, is the greatest thing in the world. AP NID ALL DA WAY.
Ap nidalee is considered bad at the lower elos because there the guys only stand in the back of ur group trowing spears and a heal once in a while. Not bringing any form of cc/aoe damage, ability to tank... etc, what you basicly expect from a top laner. Thus being a serious waste of a slot at top lane compared to the likes of gp/ww etc.

there's actually a video about how it totally works:
