That's part of why Nashor's/Morello's/DFG are such oddball items. Replace their CDR/mana regen with another stat, or retool them to help bruisers/tanks/AD instead of AP/support and they suddenly become amazing items. Edit: To screw over L, imagine if Nashor's built out of Stinger + Brutalizer. It would instantly become a popular AD item. | ||

On blue buff - riot remove pls, it's a stupid mechanic. Double the cdr and remove the mana regen or something, blue buff is retardedly strong On veigar- pick veigar based on their jungler not their ap. Never take veigster against diving junglers like ww, maokai, nocturne. Take care against Ali, shyv, skarner. Fire away against pirate, udyr, voli, rammus. Also never pick against ryze On bly08- hey bro even though we would never join your games, Obama and I always admired your perseverance in inviting us all day erry day. Nevah change you're an inspiration On new runes- y so aspensive? Really want to try spellvamp mundo and senuani jingle, really don't wNt to drop 6k ip on runes. Can we get a 'test mode' where everything is free, to experiment with? | ||

Which would mean we'd see more kennen vlad shyvana abuse than we normally already do. Having a resource actually adds skill. You can't just spam shurikens. All three of the above champions also have some of the best free escapes making them really really hard to gank when they combine that skill with their flash wtf riot D:< | ||

I never found myself in a hurry to get to level 30, but I guess that might be because my friends didn't play lol so I didn't feel a need to play ranked instead of normals... and also because I spent almost all my IP on champions instead of runes anyway | ||

Veigar's late game is vastly overrated, his true strength lies in mid game, his late game actually kinda sucks when everyone is rich enough to buy MR and HP and QSS and you can't one shot anyone except the other AP carry ;d | ||
