Vayne is one of the best carries to open zeal/PD on though (assuming you actually wanted to). Her ult is an ad steroid and her W scales off of attack speed so you're getting better gains than anyone else basically. Almost all the ad carries have some ability that scales with ad, and none of these abilities are bad to use (except maybe Caitlyn Q) so their standing DPS is a poor statistic. | ||

Does anyone have any matchup advice for her? Specifically who's hard and who I should clean up. I've been doing well except for one lane vs AP Sion, who killed me twice with the assistance of a noctourne ganking. I play Sion and have beaten several LB's, but I think you could come out on top as LB with a little push from the jungler and if you get a kill or two it should snowball in your favor a lot. Am I right about this? It seems like he really outdamaged me early, if I went for a Q to W into him he would come out even or ontop just with stun and a few autos. Obviously pushing is a huge problem. It seems like lvl 1 Q is very weak, i'm waiting until 3 to really start harassing, but even then i dont feel very strong until 5-6 compared to other AP mids damagewise. Should I be going for Q into W aggressively while watching their cooldowns or the more conservative W into Q poke most of the time? Why do people say LB falls off so hard? It seems to me that while she does fall off a bit like alot of mids, she still had great ratios and absurd mobility and consistancy. It doesn't seem anywhere as bad as Sion for instance, as she can still get her job done with her blink keeping her safe. You can also do a fat load of AOE damage with a WRR combo over a wall or something if you think people wont have the reaction time to target you or to finish them off. People whine about LB late unbelievably, but they'd never speak up about Kass late, who is pretty similar. So any tips for LB vs Sion and other matches? | ||

and then after that they listen to moron salce "don't take blue, leave it for later" then the enemy team takes it. Stupid jungling, why would dan dinh listen to salce, salce isn't the jungler. and then they lose because aoe beats less aoe. | ||

Late game leblanc isnt the problem, as she can still deal a lot of damage and gib anyone but the tankiest characters even late game. What people really mean is that her TEAMFIGHT is weak. | ||

no AoE implies single target I think. :D I agree though; LB doesn't fall off in damage but really falls off in what she brings to the team as a whole. | ||

They lost because their engages were terrible, not because of too much aoe. Ulting their janna and then collapsing on her in such a grouped up manner is just asking to get destroyed by rumble ult. Hopefully now that EG is actually practicing they'll be able to figure out how to play as a team, they have incredible individual skill but currently their teamwork is pretty lacking. You could see it when they started playing scrims again, just stupid stuff like nobody leashing blue for dan. | ||

Q is 700, while most targeted abilities are shorter (Anine Q 625, Malz E 650, Kass Q 650, etc. E is 1000 range, making it one of the longest ranged abilities of any champ in the game. R uses the ranges of other abilities. At 40% CDR, her ult is a 15 second CD and her Q is 4 seconds. I contend that the reason LeBlanc generally falls off is because people keep wanting to W in and out immediately, wasting much of her E and all of W's damage. If you played her more like Kass and sort of stuck to the sides poking down, then W'd in for a quick bit of burst or silence like Kass would do with Rift Walk, you'd end up being more effective than just trying to w1qre something and instagib it. Yeah, she has minimal AoE, but that point is overstated. Lots of mages don't have unconditional CC, as well. Look at Karthus with only wall, Cass needing to hit a facing target or skillshot W, Heimer's E, etc. Really I find the main thing LeBlanc has to worry about is not getting CC'd when she tries to W into an entire team to gib a carry, but maybe you just should stop trying that if being cc'd is likely. | ||

That was a big problem for them too. AP Rumble/AP Raka, but twitch was a rather unsuccessful jungle, so he was just a slowbot twitch. If Sivir had been contained, magic resist would have covered them. Sivir was not contained. Battle Maiden lusted. | ||
