So, biggest nerfs/buffs this patch? + Show Spoiler [Biggest Nerf] +Probably to Trynd. Riot just took a shit on his lane sustain. Now it really time for the try and true Tryndameres to shine. Late game hasn't changed at all for him, he's still a godly carry. But now you have to think about trading attacks in lane, instead of "herp derp Q, lol harassing me bro?" + Show Spoiler [Biggest Buff] +

Will Mundo now be accepted as not a troll pick, I like these buffs for him. Graves, Rammus, Shaco, Skarner and Vayne nerfs seem like a good idea. They were outclassing other champs of the same role.

Well now ww and nunu jungle are back to being viable hopefully. Gonna try the out.

Why are the only choices between low and flat mana cost, and high and scaling? Why couldn't they have just made the mana cost 22 flat at all ranks, instead of having scaling mana cost?
I'm wondering about this too. Gonna go ask Zileas.

Biggest nerf is Skarner.
Biggest buff seems to be Jax.
Just my opinion.

Yeah, I don't think anyone else's buffs could compare to Vlad. His ult has no cost. E ramps up half as slow. Q got a 2 second reduced CD at level 1. I think he's gonna be a pretty scary pick now.

I remember getting QSS against Fizz and then going OH GOD IT DOESN'T WORK. Surprised it took them so long to fix it.

Skarner feels like a huge nerf but you just have to be smarter now. Sorry Skarner players (myself included), you can't spam Q 24/7 in jungle anymore to clear camps at mach 3 speed.
Jax is a remake, not really a buff. He's a totally new champion. Passive and 2 abilities changed, that's over half his kit.

Riven's is actually a damage buff overall? Neat.

Nunu's jungle kit is still primarily centered around counterjungling. The speed at which he autoattacks a camp to death is only pretty minutely relevant. Small camp counterjungling isn't as damaging as it used to be. Unless that changes, Nunu isn't going to be coming back into his prime anytime soon.

That Vayne nerf seems a bit harsh.. and odd..
Not that she didn't need fixing, but still..

She lost 40 base damage on her W while gaining 20 per hit on her Q.
What Riven usually does in lane is that she would E/Q to you, W, maybe AA and then just QQ away. Her shield absorb any kind of harass, her stun slow you down and you cannot catch her to do much damage. Now if she has to max Q to do damage then it means you get to fight back, especially with regen nerf. It is a buff late game technically but it is definitely an early game nerf.
About skarner, I do not play him but it seems like the biggest to me. Thanks for telling me that it might not be too bad though.
Jax's numbers just look insane to me, I have to test it out but he looks perma ban material, that or I am knee-jerking right now.

I feel like Jax just got hit hard.
His E is now much shittier. 2 seconds of invulnerability to autoattacks is nice, but a constant 30%+ damage reduction from all autos is much much better. His passive is shittier; 'nuff said (altho before it was admittedly on the strong side). His ulti is less useful imo because while it gives him huge damage boost, Jax really benefited from the survivability his ultimate active used to give.
Won't know til I play him tho.

Vayne nerf feels like a nerf towards tournament players. Not much much everyday play. Just imo.

played a game of normals after a horrid month and I super clutch it supporting an aggressive ashe from everything until she became a pain train... and then gets cocky and dies in every important fight by getting way out from me. a veigar and me somehow pull out a win. cho cho train stays rolling

Doesn't counter strike only provide 18% dodge chance? Or are you counting masteries and runes too with boots.

Even with no runes and boots, 18% is still a very hefty amount.

then whats the point of his q being such a low cd? feels completely arbitrary that you cant spam q in jungle, but the mana cost isnt too high to spam in a gank. perhaps this change will seperate the good skarners from the great skarners...
