Actually, I believe I've solved the mystery.
Kennen induces a constant counter-clockwise (looking head-on) current in the air around him. This produces a constant outwards-pointing magnetic field.

When Kennen throws the Kunai, there's also a current running through the perimeter of it. As the Kunai moves in the magnetic field, it experiences forces on each side due to the electric current running through it. These forces produce a net torque that makes the Kunai spin, as seen in the animation.

I get Zhonya's either after RoA or Deathcap on Morgana, depending on how well I do. I get it on Swain too, but usually later. Initially I did RoA->WotA, but just getting deathcap gives him more healing than the AP+spellvamp from WotA, so I try that as a second big item. I'd get Zhonya's if I really tended to die a lot, altho I agree resistances quite early are good on him too.

holy shit. Viktor gets shitted on by talon so badly lol. Asides from the fact that he had MR runes everything about him was BS for viktor. Viktor can't use Q without getting punished HARD, his stun is not very good in lane, his E is tough to hit when talon can use his E. Not only this but Viktor has some really low base hp. I realize that Talon is kind of an antimage assassin but i got rocked so hard.
Anyways, I've played like 6-7 games with him now and he's got some crazy burst lol. Casting everything at once and then igniting the person in lane does like 1/2 - 3/4 hp lol. Most of the burst comes from the ulti though but it's pretty ridiculous.

How is that ridiculous? Brand, Xerath, Annie, Morgana, Cassiopeia (spamming E), Ahri, Anivia, Fizz, Gragas, LeBonk, Katarina, Lux, Malz, Swain, VEIGARZ, Zilean all do that. I really don't get how that's out of the ordinary.

The Fish is indeed extremely good, first champion that I ever insta-bought on release, and once you understand his laning matchups, some of which are difficult he is SO STRONK, it's not even funny. Some matchups are really jungle reliant though, and that sucks in solo queue ._.

To beat the fish, you must lane vs the fish. Pick a champ like Irelia, and use flat mr blues and quints. Start with the mr mantel and build a chalice and philo stone on the first trip back. This should give you 100 mr to fight Mr. Fizz, now you're free to trade with him and keep him from farming the minions. If you can shut his farm down like 4-1 a, and make him your bitch in lane, he will become a non-threat. You're also free to harass that guy anytime after level 4 if his e is on cd you're free to dive him unless you don't have a ward.
