For Kennen

It depends a lot on how you play. I think spell vamp quints are good if you start dshield, since you probably won't be going back for a while (and since you don't have boots, you need to farm up revolver and boots instead of just revolver).

AP quints are good if you want to zone early. For someone like Mordekaiser you want to send him back as much as you can before he gets a revolver so I'd get AP quints against him. I haven't tried HP quints but I think they'd be good against more bursty mids. I know some people get movespeed too but I don't really like them. They're probably good for teamfights though.

I like the 10 energy in utility just because 210 energy lets you QWE at level 3 and 4 if you need to stun someone to escape a gank or something. If you level QWQ instead of QWE then it's a bit less useful. Movespeed is good too.

I think 9/9/8 with the rest of the points in whatever is a decent alternative. I'm not a huge fan of the AP side in offense.

edit: actually 9 not 8 in utility. he's not RELIANT on buffs but both blue and red are amazing on him. it's pretty much impossible to kill a double buff Kennen with Rylai's since he kites ridiculously well.

Pant rapes targets without armour, Pant Leona great lane. Gangplank great toplane, destroys baddies without armour. Gangplank great support. Why not go Pant GP bot and farm kills, always Q and E for kills.

Cass lvl 1 blue true terror for sure, get 5 stacks on passive up and you can spam whole day with blue buff. If that don't push the other guy out of lane, I don't know what aside from disconnecting does.

more stuns better with pant than GP bullshit and also I think GP sucks without items.

pant taric pretty good if your duo queue partner is too cheap to buy Leona just to play that lane -_-.

Those are good masteries for Kennen if you're playing aggressive in lane. Which I think you should, Kennen is a really strong duelist.

But if someone is getting vamp quints they have to get the spell vamp in utility. Which means less offensive masteries and is another reason I think the spell vamp quints are a deceptive trap (unless you want to play a boring farm lane as Kennen).

Why would you have to get the spell vamp mastery just because you get spell vamp quints? You don't have to hit a certain sweet spot like some jungle setups, so you can consider the cost/return for masteries and runes independently.

If you're getting vamp quints you're better of going offense so you get more ap and vamp more off your quints instead of going util, getting mostly trash and vamping for a bit more early. Vamp quints just give you some sustain, it's like saying taking the lifesteal in offense is bad unless you use lifesteal quints.

If someone is good enough at Blitz that he constantly gets hooks I'd rather play Vayne with him tbh. Soraka wouldn't be bad either cause she can feed you a ton of mana, which turns into a lot of knives. You could even start longsword and one potion and get away with a later tear of the goddess in that lane.

I ran Cho+Urgot bot lane. We wrecked pretty hard. His ulti would pop, then I knocked up + silence + feast, no way the fucker was getting away :D Then again the lane was fairly easy.... Wukong and twitch.

If we are talking about cheesy early game lanes, you gotta factor in Garen/Maokai.

Level 2 or 3, kill anyone.
Survival is winning, everything else is bullshit.

I think if you just go to the store, you can sort by IP and some of them are lower price. I can't be sure though since a lot of the runes are naturally lower price.
I think in our modern age technology has evolved to become more addictive. The things that don't give us pleasure aren't used as much. Work was never meant to be fun, but doing it makes us happier in the long run.
