Only good part about this patch is the Veigar buff, god damn what a bad patch :/

I was expecting some good TF buffs, but this is really minor. Also they nerfed Sivir, i didn't know she was OP? Lol.

I like to build him kinda glass cannon since his passive gives him hella tankyness in fights anyways. I go cloth5 or boots3. Then grab wriggles/phage/bruta. Then I build towards Triforce or BT; Triforce more standard/safe, BT more snowbally but makes you hit so hard. Then I grab GA for survivability. Grab LW/BT as needed. R>E>Q>W. 1 in every by 3 or 4.

A lot of people go Atmogs or Fratmas. It works pretty well cause your base damages are pretty high, but I personally just like playing more glass cannon-y. Atmas builds are probably safer tho.

Ahri's passive seems really lackluster. I mean basically you have to hit each spell 3 times before you can get 35% spellvamp on the next spell? Seems kinda dumb. Especially since her abilities all seem to be AoE so you're actually using reduced spellvamp.
Lifesteal quints seem op. 2% each so 3 lifesteal quints means free 6% lifesteal. That's 2 dblades worth of lifesteal+masteries and you're starting the game with almost 10% lifesteal lololol

will the hybrid pen runes be viable on Ez as his ult, w and e deal magic damage?

Edit: are the new runes only quints or are there new reds, blues and yellows?

Those costs look ridiculously low on Ahri. Or are they just below average and I'm too used to costly champs like Swain/Maokai?

Also, 55% spellvamp Morg trololo. Which is 80% with wota, or is it multiplicative?

So...at 3k health it's still worse than HP/level yellows, and is a lot worse than HP/level yellows throughout most of the game until you hit like 4k hp?
