Your jungler doesn't gank your lane cause it's warded and you're sitting behind your tower at 20% then die? Jungler's fault all the way, yo. Enemy mid gets blue buff all game and is fed FB by your jungler while your mid got 0 blue's? Mid's fault, god, why is he such a noob!? That's just solo q for you. People rarely want to admit it's their own fault. Even top players do this, but you get some who know it was their fault and admit it. That's how you really improve. You look at your own faults and try to correct them, rather than blame everyone else zzzz.

I find that I have ridiculous clear times and jungle presence when playing Udyr, Skarner, or Lee Sin, but when I try someone like Gangplank or Tryndamere I find my clear time is much slower and I can't really do anything until level 6. However, I must also state that I currently do not have any runes specific for jungling. Despite this I can still jungle extremely well with the champions I mentioned. Is my problem just runes, or is there a way I can jungle with other champions without the runes while still clearing with decent time/health? I actually don't know, sorry. Ever since I picked up Nocturne and Udyr I actually haven't had a game where I jungled with a champ other than the two. Nocturne's passive is really strong for jungling, and his q does line damage so he falls into the same "jungler with aoe". I've been focusing all my new resources into learning how to play supports.

Also I realize there is prob a better rune/mastery setup but after taking such a long break I don't even have the ip for a conventional jungle rune page so I try to avoid the jungle but being able to run a jungle who can remain relevant makes it easier topic around my team.

12 armpen on reds, rest ad. armor yellows, mr/lvl blues, ad quints. qeqw q>e>w. Cloth 5, wolves first (generally you can do this with help, if not just tell your team to start blue while you finish wolves), blue, wraiths, gols, red. If I am blue side I typically go for a level 2 gank on top lane just to relieve the pressure on my top. Last hit with q as much as possible. The one advantage gp has on everyone else is that he actually can get farm in jungle thanks to his q. Rush wriggles, then warmogs. Then wits or atmas depending on what defense you need. Then get a triforce and win the game.

koreasilver, I was worried about Nocturne being less viable due to his nerfs but since you've said he is still good for jungle then I will definitely look into purchasing him. Thanks!

Thanks! If you're jungling nocturne, get practiced at hitting all the minions (especially wraiths) with your Q. If you shoot it right down the middle of the wraith camp (from the side of the square, not from the corner) you can hit all 4. If you take advantage of that, between Q and passive-auto, noct has the aoe necessary to not get bottlenecked in the new jungle by wraiths.

Put point into E, buy vamp scepter, start wraiths (smite big one), wolves hit lv. 2, and put point into W to heal during blue. The rest of the jungle route, including red, should be easy. Can't gank early, but allows you to rush Wriggles faster. Rest of the build is R>E>Q>W.

The rest of the jungle route, including red, should be easy. Can't gank early, but allows you to rush Wriggles faster. Rest of the build is R>E>Q>W. Don't really like E>Q with the way the current jungle is. At level 1, E first is a no-brainer, but Q at level 2 is both a significant dps increase as well as an income increase and allows you to gank (the increased damage from being able to auto->Q will probably even allow you to do golem without that ~80 hp heal you're getting from W). Also, maxing Q before E will both make you better at ganking earlier (if you're looking to play a farm jungle, you shouldn't be playing GP without going Q-first) and earning more money from your jungle. Depending on what kind of lanes opponents you're ganking, you can even skip W at 4 and get it later.

I jungle about 2/3 of the time and yeah, it is common for people to blame the jungler when they lose a lane instead of themselves, but people also are very quick to deride other lanes for losing the game. Dumb people are always going to be dumb, regardless of what they're doing and what you're doing. That's often because jungle is the biggest determinant in who wins top lane, and most jungles if you're playing bot will systematically refuse to come remotely close to that lane because of the large red to lane distance. If a lane's been ganked 2-3 times and you haven't shown up once, the player on your team is going to be very hard pressed to do much due to the fact that he's probably down quite a lot of hp and even if he goes to shop he's going to be missing his summoners. Most junglers are horrendous; they know how to clear the jungle, but they don't do very much to exert map control and set the pace of the game. Most will prioritize clearing camps to sitting in bushes, even when sitting in a bush will net an assured kill in 15 seconds. Most will avoid attempting a gank even if they know they'll create a distinct summoner advantage out of fear that their opposing jungle will somehow metamorph into a counterjungling beast in the 20 seconds they didn't use to kill wolves. And so on, and so forth.

On the other hand, I don't know if the same applies to Janna and Sona (or Karma :>). Thoughts? Also, I feel like the CDR/level mastery on Cho'gath is freaking amazing. Easier to skip Ionian boots and still have enough CDR without hogging blue buff.
