up resolution (under view) and up bitrate (somewhere in tools -> general settings), for 720p u should have abt 1.5 mbps upload (speedtest.net)
edit: also the UI flickering that you have is fixed by making it borderless window, dun remember exactly where the setting is

ty sir will try all of those

Have people here tried Sion as a jungler? AD is probably stronger, since you are going to want AD marks, and it gives really nice dragon control, but AP with attack speed marks and armour pen quints still works.
I just played a custom game as him, and hit level 4 at 3:45, which seemed quite good. I went E -> W -> W -> Q, it gives him great burst for ganks, and that 1.5s stun is amazing. Wolves -> Blue -> Wraiths -> Small golems -> Red -> Wraiths. I had my friend do some damage to the wolves, and leash blue for me.
Once he gets a couple items, he can farm really fast in the jungle, but his initial clear speeds aren't that great.
For runes I went: 9x Attack Speed Marks 3x Armour Penetration Quints 9x Armour Seals 9x Scaling Mr/level Glyphs
Obviously flat AP would be better for Glyphs, but I didn't really feel like I needed it.
9/21/0 masteries
I started Vamp scepter. I stayed at >80% hp the entire time. Thinking about it now, if I am going to start vamp scepter I really should have gone 21/9/0, since it syngerizes much better. Now I just have to try jungle Sion in a couple real games to see if he can get enough money out of the jungle to be relevant late game.

They take out the tank line who can't 1 combo burst them and then run in cleaning up against other carries who used their main CDs. Certain not 1v5ing, although you can kinda 1v5 vs a spent team without CDs and low hp/mana.
And I know anyone with force of nature and banshees can kill annie like that but you understand my point. Nasus? Annie isn't going to combo him when he has 5 survivability items and just gets his damage from a million Q stacks. He's still team-reliant in his own way though. Yeah, in Nasus' case he's going to get kited for ages and ages until dying.

That's pretty much why nobody can be a hyper carry in league though. Every team is packing so much cc that if you're the only person there they can just chain you in place for an eternity for the most part.

What I noticed most in watching DotA 2 streams vs LoL is that in both games, people can just explode in a second. In LoL it's more likely to be a whole team doing it to you while in DotA there are a bunch of heroes that can do it themselves. Fight's are much faster paced while in LoL they take a little while longer to go down (higher survivability, lower damage as a whole). The other major differences I see is that autoattacks are WAY more important in DotA than LoL because of LoL's low spell cooldowns, so in general 'hypercarries' have stronger autoattacks for taking out enemy heroes and stronger spells to one/two-shot them because all they can do once they've spent their spells is run around and auto and chase people down.
It just has to do with the general pacing of the game; DotA seems much more fast-paced with fights being short, frequent and bursty with very little action, and can take place all over the map. LoL's teamfights are all about positioning, cc, tankiness/peeling and tend to happen in specific places (objectives), lasting a little while longer and happening every 5 or so minutes in the mid-endgame. DotA's style favors hypercarries in this way whereas LoL does not; it is basically impossible to hypercarry in LoL due to the game design.

you can make the argument that basically any super-lategame champ is a "hypercarry". kind've a pointless term. riven, vayne, karth, kog, jax, w/e. that's the whole point of picking them, knowing that if you get through early/midgame you'll most likely win because that's what your champion is designed to do.

Well, it's not like teams in DotA don't carry tons of CC (they actually have quite a lot MORE CC. It's that there's an item - BKB to give you immunity to magic / CC for longer than Olaf Ult (10 sec first use, and it decreases in duration each use to a minimum of 5sec) That nullifies a lot of burst options and all CC options and is what allows a hypercarry to truly exist.

Not like you don't have cc blockers in league of legends, I think QSS is one of the most underused items in the game.
I dunno what you can do to make banshees not broken and not garbage, it's super niche (read: bad except vs a very few specific things like blitz hook) right now and it was pretty stupid before. Maybe load more of it's utility on the shield, give it a really short cooldown, and make the other stats awful. With it's current CD I can't even elevate it to the level of 'not strong', it just doesn't *work* because it always eats poke or something.

I do really different item sequence of ww - though better players will probably find it to be unoptimal. It has always worked for me tho so whatever.
Basically philo stone -> wriggle's for imba sustain. Then finish boots + get a recurve bow to farm everything -> Wit's end-> large belt + GA for survivability -> madreds + sell wriggles for lifesteal item of ur choice. ->belt into warmogs
U can atleast 1v3 people cuz of ur imba sustain.
