She's almost like an AOE Vayne at this point (minus true damage)... passive speeds her up (and that goes for retreating too!), ult speeds her up too. No true damage, but given her pushing power is still largely intact, not like it matters. | ||

If I was in charge of the sivir remake I would have gone with a shorter aa range and stronger w before longer aa and this shitty ass w. Sivir wasnt an ad carry, and sucked when you built her like one. Its the same reason you dont build leona as an ap bruiser. She has part of the required kit, but she sucks balls when you build her like that. So instead you build her as a supergank jungler. Sivir was always a tanky dps who could 1v5 your whole team at 15 minutes with 300 cs. Now she is just another subpar ad carry. | ||

Its no longer a toggle but has a bonus damage to it and rank one starts with 5 bounces and is actually pretty reasonable mana wise. Shes actually pretty good now that they "fixed" her. Im not gonna go out and say shes amazing or anything but really solid and alot better then she was before | ||

Tbh tho, she still might end up being fine, esp if the new w applies bonus dmg to towers like nasus and garen (which i dont see why it wouldnt). I would prob end up going for a more ezreal-esque build with sheen bruta into triforce + thirster and then just sidepush all day just like old sivir used too. These changes really just shore up some of her bot lane weaknesses (being shit range and low mobility). Sure she's worse for solo lane wear, but i think these changes were aimed at making her bot lane (where most sivirs end up going nowadays) better, which i think is the right choice. | ||
