Teams of 3 or 5.
If you join the queue with your team, your either need 3people for 3v3, or 5people for 5v5.
You can not join the queue for TT if you aren't exactly 3, and can't join queue for SR if you aren't exactly 5.
Else you gotta use "Solo/Duo Queue", the 2 queues(Solo/Duo and Arranged Team) are separated options now.

Well, premade teams can still join queue with 3 players, but they gotta join Twisted Treeline, which has a different team elo too.

Itemized CDR has the same problem on Xerath that it has on every other AP.
--from a cost-efficiency standpoint, it makes no sense to buy CDR that's over-capping you half the time, when you could buy AP that's useful all the time.

Badly stated by me, I ment stop him from reaching the point where you have to spend your entire arsenal just to stop him. Before you could fairly easily just shut down his farm and make him deadweight, now he seems to have one of the best sustains in game.

Morello's/DFG only puts you at 39% assuming you have at least 9 in Offensive. CDR boots for that last 1% bro
(but seriously, I'm assuming he means either one or the other, but still then you shouldn't be going for close to 40% cdr because of blue)

You don't need anything beyond CDR boots to execute Xerath's E->Q->R*3->Q combo. Capping CDR is only critical for sieging, and you won't be able to keep that up long without blue buff anyway.

Random and funny pictures go in the funny picture, hence the link. Nobody cares that you don't find it funny nor that you wish to imply that because it's not funny it doesn't go in the thread because the thread isn't just for funny pictures.

I also agree that that picture does not make me laugh. Its fine in GD IMO. Its not like we force new skin picks for upcoming patches to go into the funny pics thread. And its also unlikely this is going to start a chinese art spam in the GD thread.

It bothers me for some reason when women randomly have high heels in games and movies. In the next batman movie catwoman has high heels. wtf? Other things don't bother me, I think this one does just because it's somehow standard to the point where it's not even a conscious choice to go over the top. You have to deliberately not give ashe pants but the artist probably never gave the heels a second thought.

The larger the heel, the higher the movement bonus.
Just like armour for females which confers a higher armour bonus the skimpier it is.
