Dude, there is no way that fizz can beat any decent Rumble actually, seriously you are way out in deep waters. Just the way that both champions work makes it evident. Before lvl 4 sure, you can harass abit but as long as Rumble stays abit safe and has 1 pot left at that stage you are basically going to die on a 1v1 engage or through trades if you try going for it. | ||

he has harass better than gragas' (and is much more faster cast with insane particle speed) and a reliable kill combo and he doesn't suffer graggy's problem of having no ranged auto animation his damage is insane, but more importantly his range is insane so you can compensate for crazy teammates by poking down their team so that your teammates can do whatever they want and still win :3 | ||

Morg pushes slowlier (5 seconds) but does it with only one spell, while Brand needs two if he wants to instaclear (or risks losing cs) so she's a lot more mana-efficient. Brand hurts more tho, so it's up to you to dodge his pillar (and if he aims at you and thus doesn't go for the minions it's even better). Your combo's quite slow because of her ult, meaning she'll almost always take some retaliation even against champs she can 100-0. | ||
