I am looking to pick up one or two new APs I can play mid. I seem to have a problem dealing with brand in general. My current APs are Kennen and Annie. Probably should just pick up Morg, especially since she is only 1350IP. But I am also interested in Cassiopeia and Gragas. I guess Xerath is a powerhouse worth looking into. Also Heimer for the lul.

How are these guys matchups against Brand? I guess Morg is kinda strong bc of black shield.

"Blood Lord Vladimir" seems weird to me, as that's already what he is without the skin, whereas most legendaries turn the champion into something different (see Party Fiddlesticks).

Dude, there is no way that fizz can beat any decent Rumble actually, seriously you are way out in deep waters. Just the way that both champions work makes it evident. Before lvl 4 sure, you can harass abit but as long as Rumble stays abit safe and has 1 pot left at that stage you are basically going to die on a 1v1 engage or through trades if you try going for it.

The only way it wouldn't be wards are if low levels somehow greatly skewed the data, but even then I'd say wards. Unless its a 20 minute stomp, every ranked game I play has 15+ wards with probably 30-50 in long games.

Like 75% of the playerbase is below 1200, right? I highly doubt any of them actually buy wards, and even at like 1200-1400 you'll see like, 10 wards at most all game in most cases lol. So there actually is a good enough chance to skew it in the boots favor.......kind of sad if you think about it. I really want to know those numbers now :O

I am 110% sure it'd be boots. 10 wards on average per game? You're not gonna see that until you get into the top20% of the ranked playerbase, and keep in mind that the ranked playerbase is only a fraction of the total playerbase.

Of course there aren't 10 boots a game but it's pretty close, would say at least 9.

Yeah, I'm basically in the same boat as you are with AP carries. I like Annie a lot, but her short range causes problems in a lot of matchups. So I've decided to overcompensate and get Xerath to crank up the bullshit.

xerath's probably the best AP right now
he has harass better than gragas' (and is much more faster cast with insane particle speed) and a reliable kill combo
and he doesn't suffer graggy's problem of having no ranged auto animation
his damage is insane, but more importantly his range is insane
so you can compensate for crazy teammates by poking down their team so that your teammates can do whatever they want and still win :3

Fizz can do pretty well in most level 1 trades. The only problem is your W scales INCREDIBLY poorly compared to most other leveling harass skills. You can boss vlad around for a few levels, but as soon as he hits 5, your done. Rumble? level 3.

Morg pushes slowlier (5 seconds) but does it with only one spell, while Brand needs two if he wants to instaclear (or risks losing cs) so she's a lot more mana-efficient. Brand hurts more tho, so it's up to you to dodge his pillar (and if he aims at you and thus doesn't go for the minions it's even better). Your combo's quite slow because of her ult, meaning she'll almost always take some retaliation even against champs she can 100-0.
