@Sandster: According to the wiki, Fizz's W doesn't apply spellvamp and only his Q and R uses spellvamp. | ||

Most top lane matchups have some CC but not enough damage to finish the enemy off on both sides. Janna can apply her CC pretty reliably. Kassadin, Karthus... Just compose your team properly... | ||

Who gives two shits about how you deal with Veigar in the early levels when the examples perfectly illustrated the difference in how people play against something that will 100-0 them vs something that will involve smaller harass trades. | ||
