Rammus used to be fotm for a long time then he got some minor nerfs and everyone stopped playing him, few weeks ago everyone started to play him for no reason again. | ||

Only change was being able to Q with W on which wasn't really a buff only a change for people who didn't realize you could press WQ and instaroll. Small buff on W and autos is nice but it's not what made him great. Not saying the buffs were worthless, just saying people started playing him long after the buffs but the reason he was awesome(ganks vroom vroom etc) hasn't been affected with those changes. | ||

But Morgana is at least as good as Sion. | ||
